Received a $100 gift card from a neighbor and realized you now need Every bit of a hundred $$$ to buy a ham. The staff was sweet and kind but it had been a couple of years since I'd been there. Guess these are post Covid prices...well, I couldn't bring myself to buy a hundred dollar ham when my own ham tastes the same or better. So, I bought a lunch pack for my son and will probably return to buy another lunch pack (basically Hawaiian rolls w ham inside, mini sandwiches). Although I can afford it, the quality does not match the price. Can't do it.

Please replace the associates that you have at this location. This was the WORST customer service I've experienced. From being hung up on to the point of never being able to speak to the manager when I called multiple times to complain. Two women in particular that hung on on me multiple times to being horrible in service. The only reason I called at first was to confirm my order. Their response was "Well if you ordered then it's confirmed!" What in the world??? I'm a paying customer. Their reason for not being able to check for me was " I have a lobby fully I don't have time" Maybe by simply stating if I could call back would've been a much better response but then I was just hung up on. Horrible customer service and this should be made aware to corporate. These two ladies avoided and hung up on me when I asked for their names, please provide them with lessons on how to treat people. Will never recommend, just because of the service provided.

One of their hams is perfect for the holidays. No a big fan of their individual sandwiches, but do recommend all of the large portions. Prepay for you order online so you can get in a shorter

I came in at 6:10 20 minutes before the store was supposed to close they would not serve me a sandwich and they told me that the oven with shut off I’ve been called an ad OK so what time does the oven shut up they told me over the phone. The oven doesn’t shut off until 630. Very unprofessional.

I loved this place. They were quite friendly to me and everyone else. The place is in a strip mall so parking was easy.Parking: Easy. No problems.

Well been getting hams here for a lot of years. This Christmas was a bad ham. Burnt on the outside. They use to let you glance at the ham but no longer allow it. We opened the ham 30 minutes before we were all ready to eat. Terrible and dry.

This place offered a perfect dinner or lunch for Christmas Day. We are smaller numbers so we got the quarter honeyham bone in it was wonderful. Their sides are also amazing. The potatoes au gratin are wonderful. We got an Apple pie that was out of this world and they gave us a free blueberry coffee cake because they forgot to put in the Apple pie and I had to come back and get it. I highly recommend this place but order a head because there is quite a demand especially during the holidays.
