The Honey Baked Ham Company

We were given a spiral sliced honey-baked ham from here for our holiday meal. I feel bad our friend spent her money on this, because it was not fresh, seeping a pink liquid, and did not taste good. These hams are expensive and we ate barely 3 slices before I had to throw it away! Not at all worth the money!

Went today 12/23 to get a lb of ham slices like I do every year. I get to the counter to be told they are only doing reserved orders, now this is a first. I'm usually able to get my ham slices 2-3 days before a holiday. This is disappointing to say the least. Can't even order online because you won't be able to get the order until after Christmas even though products are showing as available. I hope you don't use this method going forward or will lose a loyal customer

The Turkey was frozen. Did not taw in 3 days. No instructions on the ham. Was extremely disappointed. Very pricy but not ready.

This store is a hidden gem. In a world of boring lunch sandwhiches served on toasted cake loaves , the Tavern Club stands apart and upon a pedestal of flavor and quality. Go see Caitlyn, Beatrice, Michael and the rest of the crew.

Great place to stop by and have a good sandwich. The restaurant was clean. Customer service was outstanding. And the pecan pie was simply delicious. Definitely a place to stop by when you go to Houston.

Tried to order one of the "specials" I saw on social media. Man working was sarcastic and made it difficult. Walked out. Love the ham but will never go here again thanks to him.

Good ham!

Man. I bought a ham for thanksgiving. Pickup was super easy, and customer service was great. I get home and the ham was overcooked and had barely any glaze. I had to make my own! I could’ve just bought a ham from the store and did it myself. The quality of food has really gone down and the price has gone up. Never again.

Very busy as people were picking up food for thanksgiving, but staff were friendly and gave quick service. Items picked up were delicious with our thanksgiving meal. Will do it again next year.
