I went to the Hong Kong supermarket today. They closed at 9pm. A security guard stopped us from buying food at 8:35pm. We went to pay immediately. Very bad attitude! A very unpleasant purchase. Will never come back!

Went today to try some snacks from here. When you walk into the store you get hit with quite a smell. Not trying to be rude just a different smell I'm not used too compared to other stores. They have a big selection of noodles ???I really wanted to buy hot food from here but kitchen was closed. We really didn't know what to get so we just chose a few snacks which they were all great! At checkout it was something else ? ok so if you're wondering they don't take EBT AND THEY DON'T DO DEBIT ONLY CASH OR CREDIT. If you have a debit card you have to run it as credit. That's what I was going to do since that's what the lady asked. When I was about to run it as credit I guess she thought I was trying to do debit and SHE AGGRESSIVELY MOVED MY FINGER OUT THE WAY AND PRESSED THE BUTTON FOR ME!!! ? I didn't want to get pissed so I took a deep breath and brushed it off. I HATE IT WHEN PPL THINK THEY CAN TOUCH YOU!!!! Anyway ? would I come back..... Yeah maybe, I just have to figure out how to cook some of the items they have and my kid really liked the snacks...

I ain't gonna lie. these people will not spend thousands a year on fly killers. so be ready to see some flies. furthermore, learn some very basic vietnamese like your product name and hi, bye, and thank you, and be assertive or you will be ignored. be nice though and keep your voice upbeat

Very good place, you find everything and no matter about Asian food. The ginger tea and lemon tea are delicious. Apart from the kitchen items, the Asian tableware is beautiful. Only that the hours say open 24 hours and that is not true. They should update the schedule.
Came in 15 minutes before they close at 9 so I can grab a quick item only for their doors to be locked and security not letting anyone in! Ridiculous why close at 9 if your doors are closing before!!!! Never going back here just lost a loyal customer!

I went to go buy some rice cakes and a bottle of buldak sauce. It ended up being 14.64 but I was 4 cents short, so I only payed for the rice cakes and got my change from the payment for them which was 10 dollars. When I leve the store I sit on a bench to see if I could complete the 4.64 for the sauce and I did. I head back and they end up charging me 5.25 instead of the 4.64. Outrageous. I was already fed up the first time because I couldn’t believe they would take the sauce off over some 4 cents with the fact that I came walking from a very VERY long distance. then the second time just made me so upset because there was just no way I had to walk all the way back because they decided to be greedy rats. I had to ask some guy for 25 cents and god bless his soul, he gave me a dollar. I confronted the woman who attended me along with the guy, but the lady wanted to act dumb and have no idea what I was talking about, she was just focusing on how I couldn’t afford it. And then she had the audacity to count the money making sure I have enough like as if she want up’ing the price. I’ve read some other reviews with the same situation where they get robbed from what they actually were going to pay. I hope the gets solved asap.

At the moment, as of November 29, 2023, they close at 8:40. The google shows it closes at 7 pm. But I asked the guard and he told me it closes at 8:40 pm. Thanks.

Has many vegetables you can't find elsewhere and at reasonable prices. Also many types and sizes of rice! Many gluten free choices of pasta too!
