I'm going to give it all stars, 😞 it was very disappointing , I love me some hooters chicken wings the next night. I decide to go back I end up talking with Edwin Bledsoe who was the manager kitchen staff manager , it was a blessing to talk to him about my incident I never want to put down the establishment especially if I like their food I just want to give him and also our waitress Rhy so many blessings because they address our issues that we had the day before I was very have visited the establishment in Minnesota they only have one which is the Mall of America the young lady was such a blessing Rhy in Houston Texas which was a blessing summoner staff that was in Minnesota was not very friendly the young lady and the manager was such a blessing EDWIN EDWIN BLEDSOE & RHY THEY TRULY MADE AN IMPACT ON MY LIFE I HAD JUST LOST MY FATHER THIS YEAR THEY REALLY BROUGHT RESPECT WHEN IT WAS NEEDED THEY VALIDATED MY NEEDS AND THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH WITH MY SERVICE THE DAY BEFORE APPRECIATE THEM AS A TEAM THAT'S THE REASON WHY I'M GIVING THEM ALL STARS BECAUSE OF THOSE TWO RIGHT THERE AND I PRAY AND I BLESS IN JESUS NAME THAT THEY CONTINUE TO GIVE THE 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS NEEDED APPRECIATE YOU GUYS MINNESOTA STEP UP THE GAME CUZ YOU NEVER KNOW WHO'S COMING YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS WHAT A PERSON IS GOING THROUGH IT DON'T HAVE TO BE A MALE IT CAN BE A FEMALE YOU CAN JUST STEP BY AND CHECK AND SEE HOW EVERYTHING IS GOING AND I LOVE YOU GUYS WINGS AND IT'S SAD THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CUT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT OFF THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES DUE TO THE ECONOMY THE BEST SERVICE EVER THANK YOU SO MUCH EDWIN BLEDSOE & RHY OH I CAN'T FORGET THAT OTHER AFRICAN-AMERICAN WAITRESS THAT WAS THERE THE ONE THAT GOT HER TEETH PIERCED SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY HELPFUL AS WELL I DO NOT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT I REMEMBER HER BEAUTY BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE YOU GO GIRL THE BEAUTIFUL AFRICAN-AMERICAN WOMAN THAT WAS THERE TO HAVE HER TEETH PIERCED SHE WAS SUCH A LOVING PERSON AND SHE ALSO MADE SURE THAT THOSE TWO UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH I'M SORRY BABY GIRL I DON'T I REMEMBER YOUR BEAUTIFUL FACE AND ALSO YOUR BEAUTIFUL TEETH LOVE YOU THREE

I really want to say a new girl named Rose has an exceptional personality and very easy to talk to , nothing but a good experience today. The food was amazing, But most of all the atmosphere rocked. Alyssa c never came to check on me and my party after our food had to always call her for a refill kept flirting with this older gentleman across the way instead of attending to us we see other waitresses check in and be nice and flirtatious to every other party but us not the service I look for coming into hooters

Sarah and Claudia accommodated our group of 17 on a moment’s notice and worked diligently to ensure our food and drinks were perfectly served and timed to accommodate our team’s game schedule. Service could not have been any better!!
My friend and I went to eat and we had such a good time Claudia was very attentive and hardworking.

Great service (by Jasmine) and delicious food. Best fried pickles I've had in a while. I also had the tator tots with cheese. They were delicious, but they get mushy if you don't eat them right away. I wanted the fish tacos but decided against them since they used catfish. The 3 stars for the atmosphere are because my table was sticky and not cleaned very well. Additionally, there was a sketchy customer that made the atmosphere uncomfortable and slightly unsafe. I would advise an update since the tables have seen better days. Would frequent again, but more than likely have my order as a to-go.
