As previous owner of multiple burger restaurants for years, I 100% consider myself The Burger Connoisseur. Hands down, Hopdoddy is the best of the best. It's only place I'm aware of where your bread is baked fresh daily. Your beef is ground in the restaurant. Best of all, they do fresh hand cut fries and I love that they use Kennebec Potatoes (best potatoes for French fries due to their starch level). It's my families favorite burger place ever.
