Hotline Burger - Chinatown Location

The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I like it — medium-well with melted cheddar oozing over the sides. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, the bun was soft yet sturdy, and the special sauce tied everything together perfectly. The fries were crispy, hot, and seasoned just right. You could tell the ingredients were high-quality and freshly prepared, not frozen or rushed. The restaurant itself had a chill, casual vibe — perfect for grabbing lunch or dinner with friends. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. For the price, the portions were great, and the overall experience was well worth it. This is definitely my new favorite spot for a classic, satisfying burger.

Order online and expect to take it away. Garlic parm fries might be the best fries we have ever had. Smash style burgers with crispy edges and fresh hot jalapeño burgers are so good.

Quick and friendly service - not to mention the burgers were SO good. Everything freshly made. The fries were also fresh. My girl got the garlic fries and they were deliciously seasoned. We will definitely be back to this location!

Drove by here last night, and it caught my interest. So we decided to come this afternoon for lunch, and we were not disappointed. My kids absolutely loved the Smack Fries and the plain Smash cheeseburger (which is a relief because my youngest is very picky, and he devoured everything!) The pattymelt was juicy with great flavor, the smack sauce definitely complimented the burger and the Texas Toast was toasted to perfection. The hot fries had the right amount of seasoning. Everyone in my family were so happy, they want to come back for dinner.

Very good burgers in Chinatown. Stopped by after Hotline has been showing up in my Google searches the past few weeks, and wanted something different from fast food burgers close by. I was not disappointed!

Got the patty melt and modded it with a 3rd patty, bacon and jalapeños. It was exactly what I was looking for!!! Enjoyed it on the patio - was a good time.

Easily one of the best options in Houston for Smash style burgers!!! The fries are an excellent accompaniment as well, especially the spicy parm fries. Bun Slut and Trill Burger are sub par in comparison.
