A quest for best smash burgers in the Houston area brought us to Hotline. We were not disappointed. Perfectly laced thin smash burger patties on a soft fresh potato bun was just what we needed on this cold Jan afternoon. And the hot crispy fries were just the icing on the cake. Perfection. Not sure if it was the owner or an employee but he was very friendly, quick service and made great suggestions. Must also mention, we took a peek inside as we’re leaving and the restaurant...

One of the best patty melts I've ever had if not THE best. The TEXAS toast used was perfectly grilled and crispy. the burger itself was juicy and flavorful! We also had fries w/cheese and it was also amazing. The person who took care of us was kind and very attentive despite it being close to closing. Will definitely be back!

i am soooo glad i found this place!! i was craving a burger after spending two hours at the mexican consulate and bumped into this place ? i wish i could've taken a picture of the burger but i was too hungry lol .. i got the smack fries and the hotline burger!!! SOOO GOOD!! 10/10 (i got there while they were painting! such a cute color too btw)
