Quality went down hill at this place . Bought 12 pieces of fried chicken Thursday and I regretted the second I bit into it . THE ONLY FLAVOR WAS SALT, SALT SALT SALT SALTY SALT lol . Tell the person that's frying the chicken to follow the recipe as directed !

I tried because i thought it would be a good tasting chicken but their pieces are sooo small. I didn't like their coleslaw with green peppers. Should have tried the yucca or plantains for the experience!

This was my last resort and it tasted like it also. The chicken was too lemony and not flavorful. The rice was dry so I took a few bites and threw it away.

Not good... prices are really high for the quality of food. First time trying this place.... And it was the last time. I ordered fried chicken and received grilled instead... taste was okay, wasn't bad; but wasn't what I ordered. Mashed potatoes was bad, had a weird taste. they gave me different dipping sauces and didn't like any of them.

I use to like to eat at this place. I places an order online at the wrong location and they refuse to refund me my money. It's not like the chicken is made to order. You can put the chicken back and thats it. I was going to get a refund and order it at another location.

I was told in the drive thru to wait 25 mins. Reason: Employee started telling me a story about a person ordering a lot of chicken for a big party. Did not pay attention to what she said. "I only wanted chicken an 8 pcs combo!". Just remove drive thru! If they going to make people wait 25 mins in a drive thru...smh. I only wanted an 8 pc combo :(

deberían de tener más pollo mixto por qué siempre solo tienen pierna y muslo y cuando uno quiere pechuga y alas lo asen esperar 30 o 40 minutos la comida es muy buena pero el personal les falta actitud
