Thought I had plenty of time to eat before my flight. Waited 35 minutes, did not receive food. Note # 1, the person dining next to me arrived after I sat down, ordered, received his food, ate and departed. Still no food. I notified the server. Did they forget, or deliver my food to someone else? I finally left. Note # 2, you pay at time of order, so now I will attempt to get a refund on food not delivered to my table. Disappointed.

They are a complete fraud. I went there and ordered and paid in full for my meal. It was late at night. Some minutes afterwards a waiter came to tell me that the kitchen was closed. I obviously claimed about why they let us sit, ordered and paid to tell us that. Extremely bad service and courtesy. But the worse was that they promise to reimburse my money and showed me that the account was still open and that the charges were going to be reversed. To the contrary I was charge in full. It is a fraud plain and simple. Saturday, August 13.

Ordered pulled pork and beef platter and at LEAST half the “meat” was fat. Same for the salad with pulled pork. We complained and the waiter said that happens sometimes. How can it happen unless the cook has no eyes?! Also, the pork isn’t pulled but shopped and the beef was cut way too thick and was dry as a bone. The green bean side was good and the BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy. If you are going to eat there make sure you ask how much fat you are going to get. Of course it’s next to impossible to talk to anyone as you have to order from an iPad at your seat. Which also means you have to choose how much tip you include BEFORE you even speak to your waiter or receive your food.

Airport was very quiet on a Sunday late afternoon. Ordered a half chicken and fries. It arrived very quickly but was extremely dry. It also came with one small plastic container of bbq sauce, and one for ketchup. Extra star for speed, but I would not pay for this again. I really needed the beer I had also ordered to help choke it down.

Watch what you order here. Brisket is mostly fat on the platter meal and all fat on the sandwich. If you enjoy that type of meat then you will enjoy this place. I realize brisket by its nature has fat content but at the prices they charge, I expect more meat than hunks of fat. The great BBQ sauce gets an extra star since it's some of the best around.

It is rare to find a great meal in an airport, but we found one! We spotted this restaurant when we were in the airport a week ago (as it smelled so good) but did not eat any food at that time. On our return flight, we sought out this restaurant (traveling from a different terminal). We spotted a satellite (smaller location) in terminal B but we traveled over to terminal E to eat at their main (larger) restaurant. This restaurant is very attractive with a beautiful bar area and lots of copper piping around the meat smokers. You place your order with the on-table electronic menu. If you have questions, you can easily call for a server. We decided to split the pulled pork and ribs dinner ($16.00) that came with two sides and jalapeño cheese bread. We selected macaroni & cheese and baked beans. Surprisingly, the meal arrived in less than 5 minutes. Our favorites were the very moist pulled pork and very cheesy macaroni and cheese. The BBQ sauce was tart and sweet; just how we like it! The ribs were good but somewhat dry. The beans were spicier than we anticipated. In retrospect, we would order two servings of the macaroni and cheese. The bread was very dry and we did not eat all of it. We look forward to eating here again during a future layover.
