We stopped at Hubcap Grill in the Houston Hobby airport during a recent layover while traveling home. It is about par for what you'd expect from an airport hamburger/beer bar. It took awhile to be seated because the hostesses up front could not handle the amount of diners showing up. Plenty of open seating in the restaurant, the hostesses were simply moving slowly.The service was decent. Angela was our waitress, and she did a good job. The food was decent enough as well....
Staff is nice but do not get food there if you’re in a hurray for a flight from the grab and go. Myself and several patrons waiting over 35 minutes to get our food. Ordered hamburger and fries. Several customers walked off due to long wait times
