I cannot speak for authenticity at all, however, having been to my fair share (as well as a couple of other's fair share) of Vietnamese places. I can easily say that this is my favourite! The owners are amazing people who know how to make food that pleases the masses. My go-to is the spicy (you have to specify that's how you want it) pork fried rice with an egg roll or the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl. The spicy is probably a bit on the hot side if you don't...
The shaking beef is literally the best in town. That coupled with the fried rice and Kale salad make for an incredible meal. And yes - you have to get the Kale salad. It's literally one of the best salads I've ever had.

5 stars for Hughie’s! I ordered online to pickup a dinner order for my family after a LONG week. My husband went to pick up our food and we realized that I ordered at the other location. Hughies on N. Main cancelled our order at the other location and cooked our order so that my husband didn’t have to drive to the other location. Thanks again for great food and great service!!
