Hummus Republic

The owner was not honoring my Groupon even though the expiration date on the voucher was next month. He kept saying, they have stopped accepting Groupons.
Why sell/advertise on Groupon, if you're not going to honor it? If its anything its between you and Groupon, don't put it on customers!

Other than my chicken being raw it was good

One of the best Mediterranean style restaurants I've been to. I got a bowl, its a big portion and they give you so many options to fill it. I had white rice, kale, hummus, lemon chicken and unlimited toppings. I got a side of pita chips and falafel and the mini baklava. Everything was so yummy!

Just stopped by and not only was the owner super sweet and helpful, he let me try things before I chose them. Everything including the drink was SO GOOD. truthfully. This is better than cava.

Hummus Republic was a great experience! The bowl was a bit too deep, so everything mixed together like a soup, but still very tasty. The place was super clean, and the flavors were fresh. Highly recommend trying the jalapeño lemonade – unique and delicious!

Ordered the pita chips with 5 different hummus and the pita (made to order) was so flavorful, warm and just enough crisp to dip in their delicious hummus.
Staff is inviting and establishment is very aesthetically clean.

Please choose this place over Chipotle. Last time I went to Chipotle I spent 3 days making good friends with the toilet. This place is a better choice ignore Chipotle! The food is good and they have great vegetarian options!!!! Veggie lovers, and healthy folks come eat here! Dear owner add more vegetarian options trust me you will win more followers. The falafel burger is off the hook the mushroom bowl was even more off the hook and they really give great portions!

I was looking for a Vegetarian option near home and Hummus Republic did not disappoint! The Mushroom Shawarma Rice Bowl was fresh and delicious- I added the roasted eggplant hummus and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The owner was also so kind and encouraging towards me as I embark on my Vegetarian journey! I can’t wait to go back to try more of the hummuses!

Was excited to see a place serving quick and casual Mediterranean food near my hotel. I stopped in and had a lovely lunch bowl with shawarma, couscous and a ton of fresh veggies.
I'm definitely going back before I leave town.
The Owner and staff were very nice and service was fast and friendly.
