I’ve never been more disappointed. I will never spend another dime with this establishment. I literally thought the beef in the Pepper Steak was chicken. Three bites…threw it all away. I could complain, but it won’t change anything. When it’s this bad, there is no going back.

Terrible service. Food is mediocre. They took our order wrong. We did not get what we ordered. When we called, the man who spoke to my husband was so rude. I read other reviews about this man being rude. Will never return.

Doordash delivery. Ordered the chicken vegetable soup. 0 stars. Disappointing :( absolutely no flavor whatsoever. "Clear chicken broth"‽ this was water, dude. $9.25 +tax for minimal chicken, overloaded with mushrooms, and fraudulent vegetables, i.e. slimy cornlettes, 6 water crescents, tiny carrots that had dark spots, and 3 broccoli. I tend to expect superior quality from Asian restaurants.

Ordered on Door Dash. Missing my grandmother’s meal. Food was disgusting. Pork fried rice looked and tasted microwaved. The rice was translucent and tasteless. The food was definitely NOT fresh. Veggies were old and soggy. I’ve never seen beef cooked to the point that it looked like chicken until eating from here. The egg rolls were atrocious. The veggies inside the egg rolls were just as brown as the outside. The inside of the egg roll was mushy. Absolutely disgusting. I think this place will make me sick. Avoid at all costs.

Been going to the regular Hunan Gardens for 19 years, they moved to 59 and still went. So happy went they did a Express Only in the original center for take out only...TAKE OUT ONLY...looked at the charge to see I was charged without being notified for a $1.00 take out fee...when all you do is take out!Be greedy..... no more tip!

The food was spot on! Definitely hit the spot. The service was good. No complaints - just one person at the counter so there was a wait but that's typical these days. It's an express so there's no seating but we didn't intend to eat in. Will definitely be ordering here again.
Our family absolutely loves Hunan Garden. We have been eating here for takeout for 12+ years.

Do not order from this place. You will be disappointed and they do not make it right at all. The wontons were stale, they gave no sauce for the lettuce wraps which was dried meat and the special wonton soup was not good at all. My husband and I were very disappointed and won't go back here. What a waste of money, gas and time!!

I picked up my House Special Soup which is my favorite. It was ready in 10 minutes from ordering on line. Great soup, large portion, shrimp was done beautifully, love the broth! So glad Hunan Gardens is still in our neighborhood!

Very weird,I had the General Tso's chicken pork egg roll the crab rangoon/crab puffs.The presentation of the food look great, fast service looked clean from the front, but I could not see the kitchen. Unfortunately, the Tso was bland, bad aftertaste, and no spice or kick. The chicken could have been old or the oil was bad. Rice was overcooked and has a bit too much water left. Prok rolls were okay. The crab puffs were somehow stale and dry. The sweet sauce was also not great.I also did not detect and MSG taste.Its a shame, and will no be returning.
