Very disappointed with the service. The girl was not nice at all. Ordered a chopped beef baked potato. The potato was as big as a football but they were very stingy with the toppings. Had about a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of sourcream. When we asked for more they said it would be 75cents more for butter and 75cents for sour cream. The potatoes was already 13.00. The ribs were very dry.

Not a great first impression - the pulled pork wasn't pulled (see photo) and the fries were undercooked and greasy (fry oil probably wasn't t hot enough).Strange to have a line for tip at the drive-thru, labor costs should be built into the menu price.

I ordered the oxtails from Uber Eats.. I paid $25 for big bones & tough meat. It definitely wasn’t worth the price. I was expecting more meat, more gravy & a great taste. I got none of them. It was a waste of money & I’m so disappointed. I’m never ordering this food again. It’s trash & that’s where I threw it!

Only nice employees were the kitchen front of the house needs help. They like to argue even when you're being polite. Keep the kitchen , rethink the front. food was cold.colf but I'll put in the airfrier.Its late to return. I come here often.was going to bring my big fam visiting from Alaska but we'll go elsewhere.

I ordered a slab of ribs, 2 baked potatoes 1/2 pound brisket, 1/2 chicken & a quart of potato salad. Brisket was overcooked, chopped brisket for potatoes was hard and burnt. Ribs were fair but the potato salad was great. $108. Wasted The only thing I would buy again is the POTATO

Banana Pudding...Dinner is finished, everyone is ready for dessert...we removed the lid and found a glob of pudding and no BANANAS and 8 vanilla wafers on top...been a tradition in my family for many years ...

Ordered to go. Decent bbq. Pickles, onions, and jalapenos only available for dine in. I won't be ordering to go again. I like pickles on my chopped beef sandwich. They did offer me ketchup. I don't put ketchup on fries. Or bbq.

If u like that nice soft juicy bbq .. this is definitely not the right place … first and last time getting food from here.. brisket has an old freezer taste dry as it can be sausage over season and hard over all NOT A BBQ PLACE TO BE

The 2 meat plate was hefty and delicious! Brisket was tender and flavorful, just a little dry. The pork rib was right on point. The rib didn't fall apart until I bit into it, which made it enjoyable . The coleslaw had dill in it and was sliced beautifully.
