The quality of the food can be inconsistent. When they first opened we loved this place and ordered very often. In recent months the quality is hit or miss. This last time we ordered, the pizza tasted like oil which was weird. We still order from here because when it’s good it’s some of the best pizza we’ve had.

I ordered a pepperoni and half buffalo chicken pizza. The store made the buffalo pizza with not a lick of sauce on the pizza. They say it’s bc the whole pizza is buffalo chicken and they added pepperoni and cheese on the other side. #1, who makes a pizza with no sauce. And #2, why not ask or specify yall were gonna give a dry a** piece of bread with melted cheese on top. They tried to make it seem like it was my fault bc I didn’t ask for sauce and then asked me to RETURN the open and discarded pizza. No one wanted it after grabbing their slice bc there was NO SAUCE, so it went into the garbage. Please be aware they like to play with the pizza making process and make it seem like it’s your fault when don’t ask or specify basic things like sauce on the pepperoni side of the pizza.

The place itself has nice people working there and the food quality is awesome. But don’t make the mistake of calling in your order because the call goes to a call center and if you don’t pay for the order over the phone they won’t send your order in to the actual restaurant.
I waited for about 20 minutes then came in for pickup and my pizza wasn’t even an order, had to remake my order and wait again.

Food was good as always, but not pleased with delivery service. I specifically ask to have driver call me upon arrival because I do not have a door bell and I am having issues with my gate. It wasn't quite the 45 minutes that was stated for delivery. My dog started barking like crazy. I was thinking there may be an oppossum outside, so I put my dog in her kennel and went to check. When I opened my door the delivery driver was at my frobt door. He had pushed open my gate and come to my front door without calling. He said he didn't have instructions. He had a large box, a smaller box, and a bag with a bottle of Pepsi. I tried to tell him I didn't order all of that, but he handed it all to me, said this is your order, and left slamming my gate. The printing on the ticket is very light, but it does have instructions to call and I only ordered the pizza, not the other items. Previous delivery drivers have always called me from outside my gate. Definitely not happy with this delivery person/service.
Vegetarian options: I love the veggie pizza with Asiago crust, plus pineapple and feta cheese.

They take your order and "submit" it but then at the store the order is not there and they have no idea what's happening. The manager of the store gave me a free pizza for my inconvenient the first time but the second I didn't want to burden him further. TWICE!
Manager, owner, whoever reads this review. Your phone system is TERRIBLE. Whatever money you're saving by not having a landlines in the store, I garuntee you are losing it by LOSING PAYING CUSTOMERS ORDERS! GUESS YOU DON'T WANT MY MONEY?
Infuriating decision to not have a phone in the store. Employees are confused, customers are confused, and call center employees read off a script without a care in the world and no way to speak to a manager.

Called store and he asked me to double check because if said it was delivered. but then contacted driver and said it was on its way. Order finally delivered late and barely warm. Also missing sauce cups. Called back to talk to store and the MOD Ian said it was my problem, they were busy all, night, the driver had been busy cleaning, and what did he want me to do about it? Completely rude and unprofessional. Not even apologetic. Left message with him to have general manager / owner contact me and they never did.

Pizza is awesome. We ordered veg pizza. And the person who prepares and delivers to is is a student. He is too friendly and taste is too good. Wil try non-veg pizza next time.

The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. The buffalo wings have a nice amount of heat and I love that they wrapped them in foil to keep them hot until I got home. We will definitely be returning!
