I had a very bad experience I ordered online and than I canceled my order 2 min later,so they said they will charge me a fee for cancelation and I will get the rest of the money but I didn't get any refund this was really disappointing and they don't give an option to reach out to the details.

Our server was great. However, she was the only person handling the entire place. One person in our group did not get her order even though we were told repeatedly that it was in process. She ended up getting it at no cost. Everything was great, food, drinks, prices. It was not the server's fault that it was taking longer than usual to process our orders.

Low quality ingredients lead to insipid food. Tortillas in Cajun shrimp tacos tasted like fridge - on top of being Mission tortillas. Not even cheap street tacos use them. Slaw was fridge burned and not fresh at all. Pizza was so bland, only ingredient we could taste were the mushrooms. Margarita not up to Houston standards. Should’ve went with the IKEA cafeteria. Service OK - only gave us a regular menu only to find out later that they have other menus (decades menu stand was not present in our table) Atmosphere was nice though, but the main point of a restaurant: the food (and price) leaves much to be desired.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, but this time, we visited as part of a group of 12 people and the waiter wasn't able to manage our orders and requests correctly.

My friends and I had a fantastic brunch at Hungry’s! Special thanks to Andrea, she was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our dining experience was perfect from start to finish. Her recommendations were spot on, and she was always there to answer any questions we had. We felt well taken care of and truly appreciated her friendly demeanor. It was exceptional service and delicious food.

I’m tired of this place. The service has been deteriorating lately. Servers are not trained and they bring the check while you’re still eating . They make faces if you ask to split the check. We went last weekend and were told that transactions were “manual”. Ok, I assumed they would enter the card number manually. But they asked to leave the card data and they would do the transaction later. Of course I didn’t want to leave my information and went to the ATM to withdraw cash to pay. They were not clear from the beginning, kind of sketchy. Tired of this place.

Ordered Lunchdrop from here for delivery to my office. Missing the pita bread for my gyro. $27 for 4 dry slivers of Lamb, some lettice and sauces and a bag of chips. They should check their orders before sending them out. Poor Service.
It was up to par. I can't say it was bad but I can't say it was exceptional. It's a good place to have a healthy meal. I had the Mama's Meatloaf and I felt like it was home cooked.

I love that this place has plant based options. While the food was absolutely delicious, the service could use some improvement. After my food arrived, I was pretty much forgotten about. No one checked on me. I never saw my server again. After finishing my meal, I kept looking around hoping someone would ask me if I was ready for my bill. Finally, the employee at the takeout register brought me my bill and another server came by to charge my card.
