The spicy hot pot is rich and numbing without being overwhelming, while the pickled cabbage beef is tangy, refreshing, and tender. The spicy âMao Xue Wangâ comes with a variety of ingredients, bold flavors, and pairs perfectly with rice. The cold beef with crushed peanuts is aromatic, crunchy, and well-seasoned.
