I've long heard that Hu's Cooking is the place to go for quality Chinese food in the inner loop, and my first visit there last weekend met all expectations. The food was well plated and good portioned, which matched the premium menu prices in comparison to other Chinese restaurants. The food is amazing! My favs included the chilled cucumber salad, egg drop soup, and sesame chicken! The added bonuses included the incredible service and BYOB. The portions are huge and can be shared!

This place was incredibly busy on a Friday night! Good sign In my eyes, the prices are good for what it is but be careful you could honestly share the portions.
The flavor of the food was worth every penny, $2 for a can of coke isn't my forte but there could be worse things to complain about. Ill come back here during my stay in houston for sure.
