I love Hyatt. This one was just musty and needed more cleaning.

This hotel gets a 0. The service was terrible; the staff lacked friendliness, attentiveness and responsiveness. The hotel room(s); I had to switch the first room because the sink was leaking and the tub was filthy. The second room; the bathroom was dirty and the room had roaches crawling from the fridge, couch and close to the bed. I have pictures and would like to file a formal complaint and possibly the better business bureau.

First time staying at Hyatt Place and was very satisfied and happy with everything!!! If I ever need to stay again will totally go back and recommend it to family and friends very pleased with everything

Given that this hotel was undergoing renovation, there were a few glitches with WIFI in the "Business" area and other parts of the hotel. HOWEVER, there were good things about the hotel that led me to give a high rating: Staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was great!l

Bed was broken , one receptionist try to help but she checked all bed springs are broken, I slept on floor because bed was very uncomfortable, they are using very old furniture or used , must ask the the mattress age before you book!

The linens on mine and colleagues beds were dirty! We had to change ourselves, no staff to assist. There were roaches in the hotel, needs pest control. The floor was dirty in the hallway and the room.

Excellent and many options in the breakfast. The room was big , the bed super comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly, excellent location best of airport . Sleep quality excellent. Big and modern bathroom.

I'd recommend a different hotel. One of the attendants working the front desk was extremely rude and had significant attitude. Also the air conditioners in the rooms are extremely noisy, right next to the bed if you are expecting a good sleep, you won't get it.

I liked this hotel they just needed to have maintenance there at all times, . My room had ants in the sink and there was nobody that could spray it they said when I called.. then the breakfast could have been better.. Atleast a waffle maker.

No refrigerator or microwave in Rome. Front desk indicated that microwave and refrigerator were on the six floor that’s being renovated and not occupied. Requested to have refrigerator placed in Rome in microwave to be taken from the six floor that’s not being occupied never got the request doing a four night stay Had to go to local Walmart to purchase microwave for Rome. Used ice chest for refrigeration. Unacceptable.

We stayed the night in order to get closer to the airport for a flight after vacationing. It was a perfect location. Quiet and clean. All of the employees had smiles and very personable. The breakfast was also good. The property was very clean and well taken care of and maintained. We will definitely be back.

My stay was less than enjoyable. Water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. Barely a trickle of water coming out. Had to call the front desk several times to get somebody to come up and take a look at it, only to find out that they could not fix it, and that it was a larger issue with the plumbing and the pumps in the hotel itself. Well, they did offer to switch me to a different room, they could not guarantee that the water pressure would be any better in another room. I called down to the front desk to get a fresh set of towels, and waited 15 minutes and nobody arrived. I then called a second time and asked him if they were coming, and they said they were. I had left dirty towels in the hallway and asked them to replace with new towels. When I open the door, the dirty towels were gone, but no fresh towels were left. The view out, my room was facing directly across to another older building that look like it had all departments in it. Very unappealing view. The HVAC unit in the room was very loud and noisy and it made it difficult to sleep soundly. The noise outside from the traffic, and from the nearby rail system was also very loud and was disturbing to sleep. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and instead find a place that’s a little better suited, a little better managed, and better maintained.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Valet staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was hot and ready! Great stay overall! I will definitely recommend this property to any and all for a quick getaway or extended stay.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and easily walked to the convention center. Great beds and pillow, teens slept on the pull out sofa and it was comfy. Minifridge and coffee pot included. Self park garage is lined outside with homeless population day and night. Self park varies from $12.50-$20 per 24 hours, valet is $38 for 24 hours.

Great price and great location. Staff was above average. All of my needs were met. The location downtown was impressive for the price range. Hyatt Place is an excellent product and this model should be expanded.
