I've gone two times and every time they're out of something. Going on a random Monday night and out of lamb chops when there are only 10 people in the restaurant seems odd. The servers were good. They knew what other options to suggest. My friends did not like the wings and the fries were disgusting and overpriced at $7.

If you are looking for GREAT FOOD and slow ? service come here! This place may be short staffed and that’s the reason we had poor service. The menu is not accommodating. As example, we could not order any of the food a la carte. The atmosphere and music were amazing!Parking: There were 3 valet parking attendants and we had a choice to pay $20 for front parking or $10 for rear parking. (Empty parking lot during brunch hours). We had to pay to park our own car. What’s the purpose of having valet, if the customer has to park the car themselves?

I stopped by Hydeout Houston to watch Thursday Night Football on my friend's birthday. Other Thursdays might be different, but it was DEAD when I arrived @ ~8 p.m. Central. Since my friends were still en route, I ordered the Wagyu Beef Sliders for $20. I would order them again. Overall, the place was all right with passable service. Do watch out for the automatic 20% gratuity they add to your tab. I don't recall a sign stating as much, and when you get your final bill, it denotes a 'Tip' and not 'Add'l Tip' line which would imply a tip wasn't added in the first place.Based on my experience, I might return if I'm in the surrounding area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. 3/5
