Went there for the first time and it was a lovely experience. The lady was nice and quick with my smoothie. The French vanilla was amazing. I will definitely be returning to this establishment!

I stumbled upon this little smoothie spot while out running errands at the Tailors and decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the energy in the place was just right. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and really took the time to help me choose between the strawberry pineapple and the strawberry mango smoothie. After a little back and forth, I finally went with the strawberry mango, hoping for that perfect balance of sweet and tropical.

The atmosphere was so cute—a perfect little gem for a small business. They had one of those trendy grass walls, which made the space feel fresh and Instagram-worthy. You can tell they put effort into creating a nice vibe for customers, and I really appreciated that.

Now, let’s talk about the smoothie. I wanted to love it. I really did. I’m all about supporting small businesses, and I had high hopes, but if I’m keeping it real, it just wasn’t sweet enough for me. I have a major sweet tooth, and while it was fresh and natural, I found myself wishing for just a little extra sweetness.

That being said, the experience itself was great! The customer service and atmosphere definitely made it worth the visit, and I’d still recommend it to anyone who likes lighter, more natural-tasting smoothies.

Ive been here twice so far. The owner is amazing and very welcoming. The drinks and shakes are delicious and the place is always so clean. Will definitely recommend 😁

Everything is delicious. I love the customer service. The facility feels good when you go there. The energy in there is great!!! I love Leticia, super positive and encouraging!!! The new lady is really cool too! Very professional and sweet!!! If you haven't been you are missing out!!! Healthy foods and drinks done the right way!!!

So I normally go to twisted tea places but this place is top of the line place to go. The drinks are super delicious and nutritious. But the best think I have had in a long time. The owner is super nice and friendly she not just there to make shakes and things she is truly dose take her time with her customers new and returning ones. Also she make the best protein donuts. Yes healthy donuts delicious . This is place to go get a great drink and of course the donuts ( she has some more items ) but definitely try out the donuts. It was a all around great experience also very clean

Owner is such a sweetheart and very informative. Their location is very convenient as it’s right up the street from my gym. I have tried the donut flavor fat burner shot, protein waffles, butter pecan protein smoothie, and the vanilla iced latte protein coffee. I am beyond please with all. The waffles were my fav. So filling yet innocent lol. Give these guys a try if you’re in the summerwood area!

I love this nutrition club the new owner is amazing and so nice. She really caters to your needs….. I tried the shakes the Teas and also the protein waffles are absolutely delicious….
