I heart Boba is consistent and pretty well priced. They have both bursting and jelly bobba pearls. Not all places have both. No matter the location the drinks are made the same which is nice.

It’s a very nice shop with a great atmosphere staff is very nice too. We got a Viet Coffee & Pineapple Smoothie with 2 charbroiled BBQ Pork Sandwiches. The sandwiches were great I love the bread didn’t crumble at all. Viet coffee was sweet but not strong in coffee still love trying new spots.

I have been there several times. Their sandwiches, teas, and smoothies are very good. They will custom blend you order without any issues. Example, I requested 50% less sweetener, and to use Stevia.
