I ordered goat meat with next-day delivery to Nashville, TN and paid extra for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, the meat arrived spoiled and had a terrible odor. Worst customer service!!! A negative star would be better than 1 or zero stars. I was having a get together and called and requested a tray of various small chop items. I was told a price of $150 and to come at 2pm to pick it up. Got there couldn't find the place as the didn't have a sign on their location. Called and noone answered the phone. Therefore i went to an African grocery store at the address and asked. Finally found the place, and was told they did not have my order and i should have paid beforehand. He proceeded to state the I didn't speak to him that I might have spokem to the owner and then ask me to wait. Mind you no one had asked for me to pay beforehand and i waited for him for about 10 to 15 mins while he put items on a tray for other consumers who were not even there. He finally came back and called someone on the phone and told me if i can wait for 2 to 3 hours for the owner to come that the owner took my call and was busy when i called earlier to place my order and the owner didn't tell him about my order. He did not try to rectify the issue and i had driven over 45mins to get there and had the guts to ask if I can wait for 2 to 3 hrs. What kind of business is this?
