Came here for the first time. We ordered the Dirty Boba Latte and the Ube Boba Latte. Both were flavorful and delicious. Loved the Dirty Boba the most and it came with a piece of custard or flan.
Staff are friendly. Lots of tables to sit at to include the rest of the food court. The parking lot is small and tight so I wouldn't bring a huge truck in here. The gate automatically lets you in, but you can pay on your way out and they don't validate here.

Absolutely terrible service! Completely rude and ignorant! The Thai Tea was a disgrace! I wouldn’t even give it half a star! It was purely powder and the boba was soggy!!! It was overpriced for a small drink and the teas only came in large size so i had to pay for more!!! I would not recommend this filthy establishment! The stand was dirty and had dust all over it. My friend paid for a cocoa boba latte which is just overpriced chocolate milk! The sinks were full with dishes it was disgusting! 0/10 experience, would not recommend, STAY AWAY!

Not good quality matcha. Probably culinary grade but definitely not ceremonial. It taste like nothing and is a murky green color. Do not recommend the matcha here.

Great Thai milk tea! It had a great taste and very creamy texture. Enjoying a milk tea on the skylawn was worth the visit!

Really hoping it was an off night.. Don't know how so many people are praising it. I can't even call it mid. Was honestly overpriced and had no redeeming flavors or qualities. Matcha quality was not there, and the ube had almost no presence of any flavor besides just tasting of milk. The lady at counter was nice though. The drinks were just not it. Just go to any boba spot that isn't here.

Diego provided great service, and the Thai Tea Coffee was decent. Not my favorite, but it was a nice pick me up. After ordering, I tried samples of the strawberry oolong tea, and passionfruit green tea, which were amazing! I really wish I had ordered one of those instead.

Worst Thai Tea I've ever had. I appreciate them trying to remake it after telling them it was flavorless and tasted like warm, slightly sweet milk, BUT they should've simply said it was pre-mixed because I got the same warm, milk without any Thai tea flavor tasting drink the second time around. I watched her open the top of the dispenser and stir it and then pour my drink. Inoticed it was already mixed when pouring, and then she sealed it.
Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my daughter got the passionfruit green tea and it was actually decent.

Second time going with my friend and absolutely amazing ! ordered the strawberry fluff and it was so good! server was so sweet and both times had very unique pretty makeup that gave a welcoming vibe!
