Absolute trash quality and flavor. The crab rangoons don’t have cream cheese in them but a sweet creamy frosting. I could not eat them. I took a half a bite. They do not do refunds. I do not recommend

Greasy, Heavy, and Disappointing I honestly wish I could say something positive, but the food was just terrible. Everything was dripping with grease, and it left me feeling heavy and uncomfortable afterward. The taste was just as bad oily, bland, and honestly hard to finish. Definitely not worth the money or the stomach ache. I won’t be coming back

Atmosphere was a two because when I asked for extra white rice, he looked at me funny, Service was a one because why is it three more dollars for a bowl of small chicken? Food itself is three really because at least it was warm but like why is it warm and not hot? Overall, they get a two

Food don't even get no stars. Service was pitiful. The men all acted like they hate their jobs. Dude took a tooth pick to get a sample. Dropped it on counter, then was gonna place it back with the prepped food till he saw me watch him. Rice sucks. Shrimp fried rice taste frozen. Shrimp inside are nasty.

I ordered noodles with 2 choice of meat. I took two types of prawns that costed me 21 dollars. I know shrimps cost extra but not this much. Overly priced place with below average food in galleria mall food court. Not worth the money spent.

I’ve been to the galleria mall a couple of times years ago so i don’t really remember much . i recently visited the mall and wanted some food . i seen this restaurant and it had a lot of people in line so i’m thinking ok this must be good . I get in line they are giving out sample so i ask for one the guy ignores me . i move up in line to speak with another person he ignores me i finally got his attention and he gave me a piece of chicken as i’m about to take a bite the guy tells me to move out the way so he can get the next persons order i was trying to order because i did like the chicken and he ignores me again i said you know what i’m leaving . my sister was also about to order their and they were doing the exact same thing to her talking crazy. Their attitude was absolutely disgusting and i refused to give them my money. i go to the next stand that sells the same food and a couple tells me how the guys working at ichiban was so rude and shoved them out the line . Totally unacceptable would never go back and those guys need to be fired immediately.
This place used to be delicious with a large amount of food, but now the quantity has gone down to a small plate, and it's sometimes a hit or miss when it comes to being fresh depending if you go during the week or weekend.

The server on the left was so rude! I had to politely tell him that if he didn’t like being patient then fast food isn’t the place for him. The Bourbon Chicken was badly burnt and the Shrimp Fried Rice was under cooked. I seriously doubt I’ll be ever eating at this place again.

I was attending a work concerned on the galleria and went to this place for dinner or at least tried to. The first guy on the line asked me if I wanted rice or noodles I said rice when the second guy started to put the chicken in my container I noticed the rice might’ve had shrimp so I asked to confirm they said yes I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize it had shrimp do y’all have regular fried rice because I’m allergic. The second guy said he asked you if you wanted that rice next time you need to pay attention. I said excuse me what did you just say and he repeated exactly what he said. I said you know what y’all can keep it. As I turned to walk away he said next time cook at home while they both laughed. I have never on my life been so disrespected. Some others at the conference said they were going to try it I told them what happened and they should not go . Tried too talk to the manager today and got hung up on. NOBODY should be treated this way and talked to this wash at any establishment.
