This place used to be delicious with a large amount of food, but now the quantity has gone down to a small plate, and it's sometimes a hit or miss when it comes to being fresh depending if you go during the week or weekend.

I thought I really liked it until I read the reviews of other customers. I had no idea they put the food back in after someone tasted it. The food is good though. The food is definitely higher grade and fresh rather than processed. Pretty sure they use seed oils though which I'm not a fan of.

As you are strolling around the galleria, Ichiban randomly offers free samples to mall shoppers, which usually whets your taste buds and makes you hungry for a plate. They offer you a choice of rice/noodles with 2 meat choices in a basic combo which usually rounds out to about $13.99 < per plate. The food is usually tasty and enjoyable, an overall 7/10. However, as a side note, make sure you have a beverage while indulging because the after taste it leaves in your mouth...
