Ichiro Sapporo Ramen

OKAY, this was a total surprise, I was just walking needing something fast and easy to eat for me and sister. My sister is super picky eater and is very hesitant on the anything, including ramen. She ate all her veggie ramen (normally she leaves half her food) and really loved the sweet and sour tofu. I loved the Tonkotsu with chicken, how does this place make the chicken so soft and tasty?! Plus and very importantly, the customer service is great and super sweet. If you’re looking for ramen this is the place eat!

Went to eat at Pepper Lunch, but it was closed down. We decided to try Ichiro since it was a few doors down. Great food and phenomenal service. Highly recommend. The potato croquettes were delicious!

Stopped by for a quick to go order while at work. I ordered the recommended ramen. Probably one of the best spots in Houston for Ramen. Cost $13. Took less than 10 minutes for the to go order. Staff was kind and helpful.

Second visit to this store, they don't have sushi 🍣 anymore ☹️.

But they still have ramen 🍜🤓🤌.
This time it was a Tonkotsu Kuro and an extra Fishcake.

Oh man this place is hella gas !! From the first bite of my ramen I was already dreaming of a second bowl. We got the spicy miso and tonkotsu which both had such creamy and rich flavor. Emphasis on the creamy! They have a combo too where it’s bowl + small plate so my fiancee got a 3 piece karaage w hers and I takoyaki. Both were also gas and super crispy. Owner stopped by our table and was sweet to talk to as well. Great service. The joint is vibey ! Feels like you could be in a shop in japan. Love the Naruto hype. So yes if you can’t tell def recommend !!

Food: delish!!! We ordered the deep fried squid legs, edamame, spicy seafood ramen and the vegetarian broth ramen. Everything was amazing.

Service: the original guy who took our order was flat but the lady who stepped in and packed up our to-go soup was nice and helpful.

Atmosphere: really cool space.

Overall, enjoyed the food and will be back!
