The vegan and nonvegan options are all really good and not greasy! Honestly really good for drinking or just late night sinner. Went there half an hour before closing, the service is nice, music is really on point. Def will go back soon!
The duck blood and vermicelli soup in this restaurant is the most authentic in Houston! The soup was delicious, the duck blood was tender and smooth, and the vermicelli had a very chewy texture. Our family of five ate every drop. The lamb chops are definitely the highlight. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The aroma is fragrant. The seasonings are just right. Every piece is very delicious. Taste of hometown??
Overall, the food was not great. The “signature” dish is uninspired, and has the feel and presentation of something that could be made in a dorm. In addition, the bathrooms were filthy, and the staff attitude left much til be desired. Handing the check while we were still dining, and taking bowls as soon as the spoon gets put down are such big No-no’s.
