I am not from the area, not even from Texas! The food, service, and ambience here are great and I am a little tired from my 3.5-hour flight.Quality starts from the top in terms of leadership. Everyone is pleasant and just formal enough to be professional enough but toned down to be family-friendly. Diana is the manager and she leads by example. If she were to leave the shoes would be too big. Our server, Juan, is a great ambassador for the restaurant and menu; a great server.Compared to where I live I am happy not to hear foul language from the tables around us. Pleasant music is playing too.What a great place to eat. Sincerely.

The waiter was horrible. Took drink and food order, delivered drink and chips. Then food. When my food came, my drink was almost gone. Never asked me if I wanted a refill. Didn't see him or anyone else for that matter until my food was completely eaten and I had been sitting for a while. I drank all my tea and then waited for the ice to melt to drink that. Truth be told I almost got up and let him pay for my lunch.

Had lunch Sunday after church. We had chicken fajitas. The portion size was good. Our food was served hot. The waitress was excellent and had a great attitude. I recommend this restaurant.
