We come here often but today they were clearly on some bs! The order was incorrect they charged the wrong amount charged the items separately instead how they normally do! And when I called the manager hung up on me! Boy was I upset! So we just drove right on over and handled this in person bc that was unprofessional! The manager did address the situation swiftly but ihop has lost a loyal customer! Some retraining might be needed for the proper customer service ethics!

Food is better than it has been for a while. I ordered the beef tips, and they were actually pretty decent. The rest was pretty much breakfast foods. Nothing really special. I do like that they don't leave the syrup on the table anymore.

Server Lorenzo F. was very rude. He threw the change on the table. Although his service was very unprofessional we left a 20.00 tip because we thought maybe he had a bad day. Lorenzo brought the money back and said he don’t need it.

Horrible experience!!! Placed an order online and got a confirmation saying the money was taken out my credit card. Went to pick up the food, no order was placed. The restaurant wasn’t accommodating at all. I told them I would pay cash and dispute it with the cc company. They were not friendly!! I left. Do NOT visit this establishment. Horrible customer service!!!

We got sat immediately, and that was the first and last thing that we received that was good. Our server was a bit different, but we tried our best not to be judgmental but that’s when we should have known things would not be as expected. I ordered steak and eggs with cheese, crispy hash browns and New York strawberry cheesecake pancakes. When I got my plate, my eggs had pieces of cheese that didn’t melt at all, so eggs where cold, hash brown were the very least bit of crispy, they were not hot at all. So apparently the New York strawberry cheesecake pancakes have change and not in a good way, instead of have small little cheesecake bites mixed within the pancakes they put one swirl on time of the regular pancakes with three strawberries and whipped cream that was melted before it got to the table. So if you loved the New York cheesecake pancakes before they are not the same and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The steak was the only thing that was decent and that could have been a little more heated. Overall don’t come here! We told the server and he told the manager but she didn’t once come over to see what’s wrong. Poor customer service!

The manager at this location was very rude and embarrassed us for claiming some coupons. She was very petty and refused to give us our food and threatened to report us for fraud over trying to claim our rewards from the app.
After having visited many Ihop outlets in different states, I should say this outlet had the most friendly and polite staff. They kept on checking on customers several times, and were close by to assist in any thing. Food was very good as most places and the atmosphere was pleasant too. Conveniently located just off Sam Houston highway.

I was impressed with the COZY Atmosphere and Cleanliness of this location😊! Alexa, my server, took good care of me! The Classic Christmas music really made my day 😁👌🎄!!! I didn't stop in the past few years bc it's a lil out of my way ..but I'm going to come here more often from now on 😊😊😊 It was actually late night that I was here & it'd make a great, late-night study nook=) ...& they have an espresso machine?!! YaY !
