As always, food was great, and we lived blueberry pancakes. The only downside is that the server automatically selected 20% tips before handing over the credit machine. Wish if customer is given a choice.

After having visited many Ihop outlets in different states, I should say this outlet had the most friendly and polite staff. They kept on checking on customers several times, and were close by to assist in any thing. Food was very good as most places and the atmosphere was pleasant too. Conveniently located just off Sam Houston highway.

I ordered the beef tips, and they were actually pretty decent. The rest was pretty much breakfast foods. Nothing really special. I do like that they don't leave the syrup on the table anymore.
