I just want to express how grateful and satisfied I am with the service we received at this IHOP (11225 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079) and especially with our wonderful server, Tiffany, on Sunday afternoon, July 6th, 2025.
We had originally planned a big family brunch at another restaurant, but when we got there, it turned out to be far too noisy and crowded. Since one of our family members is autistic and we were a large party who wanted to be able to talk to each other, it was really important for us to find a quieter, calmer spot where we could actually enjoy our time together.
I called this IHOP to ask if they were busy and explained our situation. They were so understanding, told us they had plenty of room and that it wasn’t noisy at all, so we headed over right away.
They were absolutely right! As soon as we arrived, they seated our party of 11 immediately in a quieter area with very few other guests around. Tiffany took wonderful care of us the entire time. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful—which made our last-minute brunch not only possible, but truly enjoyable.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that can accommodate a large group on a Sunday afternoon without missing a beat, and even rarer to get such genuine, excellent service. Thanks to Tiffany and the entire team, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a relaxed, happy family meal.
I’ll definitely be coming back for brunch in the future, knowing how accommodating and welcoming this location is. Thank you so much!

Great place. Incredible waitress named Nancy. Nancy was very friendly and enthusiasticly engaged!. Seems the early evening crowd is a little light, but I'm told it picks up in later night and morning.

I've only met Virginia, the receptionist, at this location for only 5 minutes, and already I love her. People like her are what keep customers coming back. You do not find people with such a positive attitude like that everyday. They not only need to keep her but give her a RAISE! FIND MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

i have family who worked at this location that has shown me proof of rat infestations. last time i went with my friends we heard nothing but rats running all over the ceilings. the servers sweaty as hell wiping their faces with their bare hands all day. the place stinks. don’t come here. especially after a long day or church. make the drive to a nicer one.
