The waitress was intoxicated and spent most of her time in the restroom on the phone.she brought us someone else's food and she had to have another waitress help her take our order. She was appalling.

I felt welcomed and was seated quickly. Food was good, waited a while for food but management came to the table to apologize for the inconvenience and compensated for it. Good service, I just want the waiters and waitresses to be more communicative with the guest. Thank you IHOP.

Mandi was our server (cute/cool tattoos with glittery eyes) & she was just AMAZING. Great personality, great customer service, & she's just lovely to talk to in general. I also got the cold foam coffee with some cinnamon in the foam, AMAZING! I even heard from the host that Mandi is great at making coffees in general 😂

The food is good. The waiters are utterly worse than you might think. I'm not lying, they mess up the food, and the owner can prove it on cameras. It takes them more than 20 minutes to arrive and offer you a drink, and half an hour to bring you the food. The attitude of the employees is worse than terrible. Don't come here unless you want to feel like you're ordering for free and DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. It's a real shame.
