I just wanted bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Pancakes were ok, eggs were good, but the bacon was terrible. Not to mention that after a 20% tip, it came out to right at $25. I don’t mind paying extra for quality, but that was not worth $25.

Only go to this location for Ms. Matthew! She provided the best service I've had in a very long time. She knew what we needed before we asked for it and added her personal touch and smile to everything. Now I don't think I can go back to this IHOP unless she's there. Management should be giving her a raise or bonus and have her training all the staff on customer service.

I just left this IHOP a few minutes ago. I overheard two employees speaking in Spanish, talking inappropriately about my underage daughter. When I turned to look at the employee, he saw me and ran in the kitchen. It was a thin Hispanic male with brown facial hair. Apparently they didn’t know I spoke Spanish too. I overheard one employee tell him she was clearly a minor and even after that the employee kept staring at my underage daughter. We will NEVER go back to this location again.

My hamburger was not cooked well-done, and my fries were undercooked.
After waiting 45 min for food, our veggie egg Benedict was not good. We sent it back to the kitchen, we also didn’t get one order of our grits. Food came out all at different times, I normally don’t complain but I was charged for everything. Literally took $2.48 off the bill, after waiting another 30 minutes for the bill then 10 more waiting for $2.48 to be taken off. Then the manager tells us the grits were taken off and he took 20% off of a meal we didn’t eat and got eggs, hash brown and 2 sausages were what replaced it. I paid the bill and still tipped so it wasn’t about the money, it was about being lied to, I even asked him to key it in because he said that sides cost more than a whole meal. Once keyed in, he definitely lied because the price wasn’t close.

The waiters and waitresses are wonderful at this location, but after waiting 30 minutes after ordering and listening to the employees sing happy birthday 3 times, I just walked out. Maybe IHOP should prioritize speed and efficiency over birthday singing, but that's just my opinion. If you can't serve that many customers effectively then don't waste time singing or don't seat that many.
