I ordered delivery. The food was so disappointing. No seasoning, bland potatoes and eggs. Chicken fried steak was the frozen, minced meat grocery store type. Mine had 3 bone fragments that could have cracked a tooth if bit down hard on. The pancakes, however, were delicious. I basically paid $24 for two pancakes. The rest was crap.

My husband and I were sat down and left sitting there for over 10 minutes literally at the high table bye the front cashier while management sat talking looking at us in a corner laughing and talking and the staff walked around us as if we didn’t exist. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE NOT HISPANIC

This is the worst ihop to visit. I came here with my family and we stood by the door for over 30 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged. The waiters couldn’t care less. Nobody made an eye contact. Instead they asked me after 30minutes of standing if I was waiting for someone. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Luis, the manager on duty for Veteran's day was unprofessional and charged my Veteran husband for a to go plate. My husband went in to get breakfast, he felt uncomfortable because he could hear the manager in the back expressing himself about our Veterans and if he wanted to take the rest of his food to go they were going to charge him for the to go plate. My husband paid and left. This is not how our Veterans should be treated.
