So uneven. We have been there are busy days when service is phenomenal, and today when it was pitiful. They first sat us right next to the kitchen entrance where servers were standing around gossiping. I asked to be moved further from there. Hostess seemed annoyed and huffed, sit where you want. We waited and never saw a server, though some we knew passed us. We saw people who came in ten minutes after us get drink orders taken immediately. We left. Hostess asked what was wrong and we said. She huffed again that we were the ones who asked to move. Then she said our server was in the bargain. If she knew that, she could have taken or drink order when she seated us, or asked someone to cover. Poor management. We went to Waffle House and had amazing service, as always.

Honestly, the food wasn't too great. Probably the worst out of most IHOPs I've been to. Hash browns were extremely soggy and oily.
Kiki was amazing though, her customer service was through the roof and she made sure my party and I were taken care of properly.

Today was a really good night at this place for me. The food was good as always. I really like the chicken quesadillas but the best things was met Tammy Jo. She's a really good server. She was so kind and funny and charismatic person. I'm gonna go back when she'll work. When you go to this place ask for her. You're gonna enjoy every moment with her service.
I arrived. To restaurant and was sat down but the waitress, took so long to come and take my order, I waited like 20 minutes. My food was out on time but went I was done eating I had to get up from my Seat to go to the front and pay just because the waitress was missing then the manager say she was goin to send me a on the go coffe and she never came back so I left… and did not TIP… VERY BAD SERVICES
