I’ve been here so many times and service today was the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I was the only guest in the building and sat there and waited for nearly 15 minutes with an empty glass while my pancakes got soggy. The server was just sitting across the restaurant talking with the manager on duty and another person.

All my server cared about was flirting with the other employee. Well all the cooks are actually working really hard . There's a lot of things they could be doing like cleaning the tables that are empty with dirty dishes

Get with the game ihop. When u walk in at 6am and not a single senior citizen is there its a sign. U have no specials under $10. Ur Breakfast specials start at 7am?!? Why if ur open 24hrs and some of us have to be at work at 7. Went straight to dennys..money well spent. RIP ihop.

We are usually seated quickly, but i know they can get super busy. My favorite order of all time, my go-to, has always been the Big Steak Omelet. It's the BEST thing on the menu. I occasionally try other things, but nothing compares to the Big Steak Omelet with a side of delicious pancakes. Wish they still had their flavored syrups they used to long ago.

I actually kept going to this location because of one of the servers and I always leave a 20% or more tip. I overheard that same server talking to his co worker about how white people dont tip well enough to to bother to serve my family despite my family all being hispanic except for me. I guess i wont be going back here again. I believe his name was Xavier.
This afternoon me and my family went out to eat here, when the check came out and I proceeded to pay I didn’t tip with card because I was going to tip with cash. I got up and started walking out of the facility when I got a notification that my card had got charged an extra fee!!! In other words the waitress tipped herself from my card when I didn’t authorize the transaction and on top of that I had already left her a tip in cash. Wow!! I definitely was shocked and very disappointed that this lady would rob me in that manner. BE AWARE of card transactions at this location. They will tip themselves and possibly charge you for extra things if you don’t get a copy of your receipt.
