I’m at ihop in Katy for breakfast; fantastic food and service the last few times I’m here. Whether they’re your waiter or not they graciously help out. Carolyn, the manager , was sweet, kindhearted and the my waiter that served me, Jessy, was top notch, and worked hard to ensure a great dining experience!

Clean, food was hot and fresh, service quick and polite. Lily was my server and I would hire her in a second. Syrup was heated, eggs perfect, coffee fresh. Condiments and table clean and organized. Not the usual IHOP.

We came to dine in on a Wednesday evening with party of 3 (2 adults and 1 kid 9 years old). It was a quiet evening. Order steak tips, philly cheese and 2 kids meal, steak tips was tasty, philly cheese was blend no taste, and got charged with both kids meal, so kid eat free everyday 4pm to 10pm is false advertisement. And no ginger bread either. Will not recommend to anyone, will not comeback.

Our complaint is against the waitress. When we ordered we pointed to the actual picture on the menu that shows 2 crepes and we paid over $13 plus for this meal, However, they only bring out 1 crepe. Waitress would not fix said it was creme filled which wasn't what we ordered and she WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! this is the first time we had ever been to an IHOP where they wouldn't fix it to make it right for the customer. We had a miserable experience eating here!! We won't be back!!

It's IHOP. The food is consistent, and service is good for what it is. Don't go in here expecting five-star dining, but if you want breakfasty comfort food (especially at a late hour), you could do much, much worse.

Although it was crowded, our waitress, I believe his name began with the letter D. was great. He greeted us in a timely manner, apologized for our wait which wasn’t that bad and delivered hot food in record timing for two parties of 6 + people, if I had more to tip, I would have.

Had a female server tonight who looked swamped and really did what she could to help. The other two male servers were just watching her drown and the flat top worker in the kitchen who was on pancakes and the fry/sandwich station stood and looked at a set of 3...3 tickets for 8 minutes. And that was after we looked at our phone. It realistically shouldn't take IHOP 48 minutes to bring out two meals but to each there own on Halloween night. Bless the female server though, very festive and really trying. Wishing her luck.
