We've been to this location many times for breakfast and the food and service is always consistent and good. However, we went there one evening for dinner and I had one of the best hamburgers and milkshakes I have ever had. My wife had the beef tips and they were also excellent. Every time we go to this location the food and service has been very good based on our experience.

We had a terrible experience at this IHOP location. We arrived before noon for breakfast, but the service was extremely disappointing. Our server, Iris, was not attentive — we asked for no bacon on our sandwich, but it still came with bacon. She forgot multiple items from our order, and we had to keep reminding her throughout the meal. The lack of attention and care turned what should have been a simple breakfast into a frustrating visit. Definitely regret not choosing a different restaurant. We were a party of 5, one person had to wait for another meal since her meal had bacon on it. By the time she received the meal everyone else was done. Terrible service.

What is the EFFING point doing an online order way ahead of time, when you arrive still have to wait 20 mins for your food that you ordered hours ago. They can't have an excuse ,I made the order overnight. This is sad really for the use of the app.
