The omelette in the Favs Menu is becoming a joke. Hardly bigger than a Peanut.
The Hash browns were bigger.
Seems to me the IHOP that doesn't agree with corporate should change their name to Waffle Hut

I'm not sure if management changed from a month ago of eating at this Ihope location, but the food and service was not to the usual standards. It was just my husband and I at 4:30pm in the whole restaurant and my order was wrong (a breakfast biscuit sandwich without bacon). The food somehow was not freshly hot and felt slightly warm only, with the cheese cold and unmelted. The hot sauce bottle was dirty and there was no ketchup on our table and a few other tables. The syrup bottle was empty at our table, so we grabbed one from another table because we were never checked on if we needed anything or even a refill. I would understand if it was busy, but by the time we left only one family of four arrived. This may have be a fluke, but unfortunately we didn't feel that there was effort.

Our server, Estrellita, was very pleasant and professional. However, my husband and I have been coming to this IHOP for a long time, and we often both get the michaca. Today both of ours were disappointing -- smaller portions than usual and where did the jalapeños go? We have noticed more and more inconsistencies in what we're served -- even the hot chocolate I order every time is never the same way twice; sometimes the whipped cream is topped with chocolate sauce, sometimes not, and sometimes with both chocolate sauce and chocolate chips. For us as frequent customers, better consistency in the food would be much appreciated.
