Update: just tasted the redeux and it is honestly one of the tastiest burgers I have ever had. I normally try to eat just half when it’s late but had to literally pack it away so I wouldn’t eat more (will save some for lunch tomorrow). Kudos to the cook! 🧑🍳 I appreciate the Night Manager Shavana Scott taking care of me and rectifying the problem with the initial order for the burger and being so kind and helpful about it. I’ve been a long-time customer of IHOP and glad they take the time to listen and make things better. Thank you.

So ihop is one of my favorite restaurants I've never had problems I've always come here with my family but today...this is our first time at this location and it's 8:30 but there's one waiter and one cook.The place was filled with screaming I know it's not ihops problem but still.we waited long for our food,and when we got it let's say we didn't expect this .we ordered strawberry cream crepes and when we got our order it only had strawberry's on it,they weren't even the strawberry's we usually get they were the normal ones (you'll see the photos).we asked for the whipped cream and the strawberry sauce and the powdered sugar but the sauce wasn't the usual sauce it was white and too sweet and strong?our crepes were burn on the sides (really crunchy) and idk I just haven't had something like this from ihop before .the first picture is the crepes we usually receive ,the second picture is what they originally gave us ,and the third photo is what they gave us after .so yeah we're not coming here again.😭

Waitress forgot about is because she was too worried about who was next in line to seat the next guests. She was causing extra steps fpr herself by being so distracted that she would have to go back for little things like ketchup, hot sauce, to-go boxes. She should've ask abkut that stuff before she turned in the order. Bring everything at once so you can tend to other tables. Having to ask for every tiny thing is a newbie give away.

We just walked in to have breakfast. I can get passed the old torn and dilapidated furniture But the place was absolutely filthy. We didn’t even order. We walked out and went somewhere else 🤮

They took my order online for pickup on 12/28/2024. When I went to pick it up the power was out and they have refused to refund my Apple Pay. I’ve called several times, come into the store, and submitted the complaint online. Still 2 weeks later I still have NOT received my refund nor a response.
A place with a single employee in charge of receiving customers, serving the tables and the kitchen. Obviously, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong.

I placed an order online paid hot there two mins after ready time. I show 3 to 4 different employees the order confirmation and confirmation of payment before they realized they didn't have it. Oops but they did have it and gave it to someone else . Spent forever replacing it. Honestly they didn't even care. They were making snide side comments under their breath, non apologetic, blamed me, the 3rd party system and it was confirmed they had the order the whole time.

While my server offered good customer service, my issues came when my order was not made as requested. My server went to have it replaced, and the cook took offense,for the mistake he made??? 30 minutes later, my order still hadn't been given to me, so I asked for it to be made to go. That caused the cook to complain about it, and that set me in "I now do not want it" mode. In speaking with the manager, he told me he'd speak to his "troublemaker" and would give me the food that was made for me, which also sat on the shelf, while others reached over it, for about another 10 minutes. Nah, I'm good with not accepting that Sir, nor will I return.
