If I could give zero stars I would. We choose this place to hold a profit share and they asked how many people we were expecting to show up. So tell me why there one server on the floor. Unacceptable. Everyone is waiting hours for their food. Not drinks were given. Never coming back again. It’s ridiculous. Do better. Obviously if we say 100 people are coming out more people on the floor next time.

I order breakfast off the app and went in to pickup my order but the manager kept insisting I did delivery I told him no I always do pickup. Then he said I gave your order to the driver. I said what driver. He couldn't give me any details. I showed him on the email where it said pick up. Long story short he gave my order to the wrong person and didn't want to own up to it. With no resolution he just walked away.

Hashbrowns were inedibly hard. Ordered the blueberry pancakes. Thought the size was tiny for the pancakes and realized after looking on the website the meal was supposed to come with 4 pancakes while I only received 2. We ordered a waffle combo and an a la carte waffle. It’s criminal to charge $11 for a single waffle when the whole combo is $13. Eggs, sausage, and hash browns are valued at $2??

Explosive night with the manager. Didn't want to give receipt. Wanted us to pay to front because they had a walk out.
He should smoke marijuana inside the restaurant. Nobody can tell him anything he’s the boss. IHOP with all the cameras watching him get high on the job won’t even seem to care. He comes back inside the restaurant stinking like a skunk p’d on him! Good job IHOP in hiring these types of people to run your stores! You would think it’s bad to see the employees getting high inside their cars and come back to work buzzed but this is the flippin manager in charge!! Atmosphere smells like a legalization of marijuana smoke center. Order some Lysol spray bottles for this manager to spray himself before coming back inside the restaurant? At least?? And any reason why they messing up on the orders constantly..stand there and judging the whole neighborhood lol while your outside smoking joints.
