The waitress kept calling my husband sweetie and sweetheart. I had to ask her to call him Sir. I felt that was unprofessional. Especially since she wasn't calling the other guy at the table those names. The ladies that where also dinning with me felt she was rude.
But anyway, I like Ihop. The food is always pretty good.

I love coming here with my dad. We had 2 servers the day we came because we had more people meet us there after we'd already ate. Both were sweet and attentive. Food came out quickly and hot.
You get to see true customer service when your order is wrong....terrible manager seems very helpful until there is a problem with your order and you will see his real customer service. Please post your experience to let more people know about this particular ihop
They Yt server straight walked up and told us about mess that happened to her the night before and how she left work. China was cool though.

I want to thank this IHOP for overpaying me after I was begged to not quit due to the lack of team support I received and unprofessionalism. I was awarded the standard $2/hr plus tips to perform duties of dishwasher, server, host, cook, crew chief, and management. I enjoyed finishing side work for the shifts before mine, completing deep cleaning routines weekly for all shifts, settling customer disputes, arranging interviews, replating food, bleaching the restaurant to remove bugs from the seating area, rewashing plates and silverware, turning away the homeless that come and go as they please, turning away the shoplifters who are welcomed with open arms to conduct business, turning away drug users and drunks who lounge in the parking lot and lobby, meeting the families of staff who lounge in the closed section of the building as well as the work areas lobby and parking lot, searching for management coworkers and crew chiefs who hide in the bathroom and parking lot during busy times, interrupting management from playing games on their phones and lounging in the closed section of the restaurant to assist the staff, and so much more. If I didn't have 2 other jobs that require much less of me I would stay and be stretched as thin as the delicious cinnamon bun crepes topped with sweet vanilla sauce. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Parking: Be careful when there's people outside.

My wife's oncologist is in houston. She had a 45 day check after finishing her last round of radiation on thursday. Weve been in houston every other week for over a year. Since we had to sell the main work truck (45k in meds bills not to mention travel), and my highschool truck just about died yesterday. I spent 700somethint between the steering gear box, power steering pump, waterpump, and bits of wiring harness. I changed them in the qalmart parking lot then had to move over to ihop when walmart closed. Had to modufy steering pump due to wrong model, autozone closed.
We ordered a combo to split, which had no syrup and only one silver. I tried to get attention for help but was ignored.
Tonight after hours of working on my truck and dumping almost 1000$ into it, i tried to order coffees for the drive bafk to fort worth to make it for work, (picking up hours at my old company on top of my tile business). He handed me one coffee with a loose lid and no creamer, once again refusing to listen to my request for confiments/w.e.
Im posting this after grabbing cash for a second cup, before going inside again.
Ive fought on two continents against a skilled ene
Very bad experience. I never received my order, I called the restaurant to find out about it and they never gave me a response. I called several times and they answered and left me on hold for a long time. Very bad experience, they didn't even refund my money.

Bad quality I'm sorry but they should be more helpful leaving the food on the table
The waitress was almost rushing us to leave the place. It was very early in the morning, but I think all customers deserve to be treated politely. The food was amazing.
