I had the pleasure of being served by Nydia at IHOP, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I was seated, she was polite, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. Her friendly personality genuinely brightened my day and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Wasn't impressed. The grits were actually the best part—hot, creamy, and well-seasoned. But everything else was just okay. The eggs were bland, the pancakes were dry, and the bacon didn’t have much flavor. I expected more from a classic 2x2x2. Not the worst, but definitely not worth a second visit.

This was my first time visiting this location and I'll be honest, I usually turn my nose up at restaurants such as these. My husband loves breakfast food and I am super particular with where and what I eat, but I agreed to eat here for lunch just to be nice to him. I was happily surprised by the quick service from Natalie, our darling little server. She was so cheerful and friendly to us, the customers around us and her co-workers. I ordered the classic eggs benedict with a side of fruit and my husband had (I don't know what it's called,) but had like all the meats eggs, hash browns, pancakes and toast he could possibly want. Mine was awesome, the Hollandaise sauce was on point, eggs poached perfectly and the fruit was really fresh and a great variety. His (even though I didn't taste any of it) looked fantastic and he was very satisfied with his order. We were checked on several times throughout the meal and even given drinks to go. I will go ahead and say it, we had better service and food than some of the fancier options we could have chosen today.
Whatever y'all are doing, please keep up the great work and make sure Miss Natalie is given some well deserved praise, she gave such awesome service it made the experience memorable. I will definitely be back, I don't live in Houston, but I'm down here quite often.

This place sucks, at least on crosstimbers Street does it's management sucks employees are awesome the young guy acting like a manager he's not a manager he doesn't belong there

For my fisrr time trying ihop I lie the waffles that I got today I like eggs the hash browns my one only negative comments is the bacon I like nice crispy and the staff was nice but I enjoy my meal today

I ordered food the other night after a long day at work. I got my meal, and the French toast was just toast lightly. It had egg wash on one side. The manager said he'd replace it the next day, but when I called, a different manager refused to do it. Rudely said for me to wait till the other guy was back on shift....if I have my reciept, and im telling you the managers name that said they would replace it. Why are you not willing to do it? What happened to customer service? I never have time to go eat somewhere or even cook a meal at home. The one night im not working a double shift and can go get the food replaced they told me no. SMH
If ordering online, check your food before you leave. Butter, syrup, and utensils are not included.

Much improved from my last visit ! There was no bad smell when ypu walk through the door anymore. And the servers were doing a magnificant job at waiting on tables. The whole crew was very nice to the customers and each other. The vibes were really nice early in the morning. There wasnt a bunch of people but it started to get more busy around 7 a.m I got here abput 5:30 a.m and was greeted very nice right when i walked in. I got seated quickly and the workers still had time to sing to a co worker happy birthday which was very nice to see. I have came here in the past and it was always some ratchet , ghetto ,mess going on but not this time. They changed managers or owners because this isnt the same place it use to be. I was expecting to come on my review with some juicy tea about this location but it was very clean inside and everything really was perfect. I ordered the veggie egg white omlete which usually doesnt come out no where near the picture but they actually got a great line cook. The presentation was just like on the menu. Im thankful i stopped by this morning because people need to know its all safe and clear to come here and eat. I swear it wasnt before but i walked through the door and didnt smell that stank which already was a major sign they changed owners. The workers are happy at this location which is another sign management is doing an amazing job. Yall need to come check them out and give them a try again if you tried in the past. Its really worth it. My server name Tamika and she was asking me if i need anything the whole time makimg sure i felt comfortable. She was great !!!
