I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent online order placed through IHOP. I ordered the Coffee Cake Pancake Combo and specified hard-over eggs, two sausages, and a well-done hash brown. After submitting the order, I called the restaurant to request that the pancakes be prepared as a dine-in order.
When I arrived to pick up my food, the staff had no record or awareness of my order. I was required to present my receipt before the order was acknowledged and prepared. Unfortunately, the issues continued with the food itself. I received bacon instead of sausages, and the bacon was excessively greasy, as though it had been sitting for an extended period of time. The eggs were undercooked despite my request, and the pancakes were overwhelmed with cinnamon sauce, which significantly affected their quality and presentation.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of organization, accuracy, and attention to food quality does not reflect the standards I expect from your brand. I was left unsatisfied not only with the meal but also with the overall service and representation of IHOP at this location.

I have been to this ihop over 7 yrs and everytime I have had a bad experience. I mainly have gone at night where im sure its a different atmosphere than the mornings. The servers here are not provided with a notepad so they dont buy their own which makes it annoying having to repeat your order a hundred times because they won't write it down. Since they go off the top of their head the service turns out terrible. The smell in there is thick and unpleasant. Pests have been a problem from sugar ants to cockroaches. I feel the employees here at this location are unprofessional and could do better. I was waiting to see if my server ever washed his hands becuse I look out for that. After money handling, wiping his sweat from his forehead, and dealing with a wet floor sign, he just went and got an order from the windows and went about his business while he had his phone on talking on it thru video. That was the last straw for me, I will never be going back.

Ordered steak and eggs. Steak medium rare, eggs over easy. Steak came out looking like the either dethawed and cooked it in boiling water. Had 0 flavor and NO color. Eggs came out still having runny egg white. Food was trash service was good. Paid $51 for a plate i didnt eat a adult plate and kids plate.
