had my dog in my car, wouldn’t sit me at a booth by a window so I could see out to my car and watch, even though they were all open. sure they just didnt want to sweep again, so we left.

I had an two orders to pick up and I parked in the curbside area. I called and was told the orders were not ready. Called back and was told that I had to come in to pick up the orders, when they are suppose to come and bring it outside for curbside bring it.

Felt very rushed to leave and pay I won’t be returning food was bland had to shower it in hot sauce my granny’s nursing home staff would’ve thrown down better in the kitchen .

I ordered the sirloin tips (medium well) with eggs over-easy, and pancakes. The meat was overcooked and dry; the onions that accompany the sirloin were undercooked (How, Sway?!) The eggs were cooked perfectly. The hashbrowns were undercooked. The pancakes were abnormally flat, but decent. Elsa was my server and she was fine, but the rest of the staff had perpetual looks of animosity and anger on their faces. The host spoke AT people instead of TO people; the gentleman who appeared to be the manager called employees from across the room loudly—instead of approaching them. Their entrance/lobby cannot accommodate their traffic and neither can their parking lot. I probably won’t return, but MIGHT give it a whirl during the week to see the contrast—MIGHT!
Went during a breakfast rush while waiting for our dog to get treated at a nearby vet's office. The parking lot and dining room were packed, and there were servers galore zipping around like bees in a beehive. We worried at first, but they fit us right in like pros. And we stuffed ourselves silly and wanted to hibernate instead of go back to the vet! Clean restrooms too. This is comfort food and comfort environment.

It’s okay for an ihop. The servers were attentive and nice. Only bummer is they wouldn’t redeem two coupons for a stack of pancakes. They were a prize from the library for reading. So only one of my kids got their pancake prize this time. I’m forced to go back if I want to use the other coupon.

I enjoyed the classic chicken sandwich inside for breakfast one morning, so much that i ordered an evening pickup of it the next week. My order was not ready when i got there, and had to wait about 12 minutes. When i got home i was disappointed that the sandwich was nothing like i ordered. No avacado, no bacon, and on a hamburger bun. It tasted fine but i should get what i paid for. If i order pickup from here again, i will be sure to check it before i leave. It wasn't busy at the time (4pm), so there shouldn't have been any issues.
