Went during a breakfast rush while waiting for our dog to get treated at a nearby vet's office. The parking lot and dining room were packed, and there were servers galore zipping around like bees in a beehive. We worried at first, but they fit us right in like pros. And we stuffed ourselves silly and wanted to hibernate instead of go back to the vet! Clean restrooms too. This is comfort food and comfort environment.

It’s okay for an ihop. The servers were attentive and nice. Only bummer is they wouldn’t redeem two coupons for a stack of pancakes. They were a prize from the library for reading. So only one of my kids got their pancake prize this time. I’m forced to go back if I want to use the other coupon.

I enjoyed the classic chicken sandwich inside for breakfast one morning, so much that i ordered an evening pickup of it the next week. My order was not ready when i got there, and had to wait about 12 minutes. When i got home i was disappointed that the sandwich was nothing like i ordered. No avacado, no bacon, and on a hamburger bun. It tasted fine but i should get what i paid for. If i order pickup from here again, i will be sure to check it before i leave. It wasn't busy at the time (4pm), so there shouldn't have been any issues.

Debating on going to the hospital its 7/6/25 I ate a couple of my steak tips (had a sweet taste) and didn't want to eat anymore. My stomach started hurting in the car, by the time I got home it was straight to the bathroom. I'm currently in a ball contemplating if I want a hospital bill

So I’m currently sitting in this establishment June 28th a little after 12am. I feel highly inclined to write this review because I’m so uncomfortable and I feel like I just made the worst late night eats decision. The staff seem very unprofessional and unclean. My waiter is so weird and seems like she has no care with her service. There’s a weird smell and it’s bothering tf outta me.
I’m not even served yet but I know I will NEVER return here. But the good thing is I’m visiting from out of town.
My experience was not so pleasant. We were given drinks that spilled all over the table. My food was cold and our waitress was not very attentive. I most definitely will not return nor recommend this location

I had a very disappointing experience at the IHOP GulfGate location, largely due to the poor management by Ms. Denisse, who identified herself as the general manager.
When I called in to place an order, it sounded like employees were joking around in the background, making it difficult to be taken seriously. I had to repeat my order three times to the person on the phone. Upon arriving to pick up my food, I noticed multiple items were missing — fortunately, I checked before leaving. I was missing grits, and I was incorrectly charged for salsa that should have come with the Chicken Fajita Omelette.
Additionally, Ms. Denisse refused to give me the strawberry cream that normally comes with the Strawberry & Cream Crepes I had ordered. When I questioned this, she responded in a very rude and angry tone, telling me to contact corporate instead.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. Based on this experience, I do not see myself returning to this IHOP location.
