My family and I got here around 9:30 and didn't get our food until an hour later ....food was cold ....hash brown tasted old... overall horrible experience.

I got the worst case of food poisoning after eating at this location. I had to go to the urgent care and everything. Not only that, their entrance is so bad it scraped the bottom of my car so bad I got an oil leak. If I could give zero stars I would.

Another family commented to the waitress about the long wait for the food. People were waiting for thier food inside while many orders were comming out for to go

Great service! I went there at 1am, and the staff were really friendly, making funny jokes. I forgot my camera and called Lenny, I believe, at almost 3am who helped me. She looked for the camera and kept it safe for me to pick up the next day. Thank you.

Most unfriendly waitress, I've come across. I fell when I went to go sit down to go to the bathroom. Because the toilet seat was broken. The table was sticky. I asked the waitress if we can get it cleaned. She said, yes walked away and never came back except to drop off the bill after we ate.

The flavors in the pasta dish were perfectly balanced and rich.
Food was okay, service was great but whoever decided on the layout restaurant should really be embarrassed. It’s a smaller location with the kitchen right up front so you hear the kitchen noises/sounds. The restaurant was hot inside and very loud from other families.

Recently visited this I Hop and everything seemed perfect until I tasted the Frwnxh toast we brought home. My 10 year old grandson loves his french toast for breakfast anytime it's on the menu. This time he ate less than half and didn't say anything. I got home and tasted it. The presentation was great but the bread had almost no egg, (I know eggs are wxpensive) it was very soft not at all a bit crispy like at other places or how it looks on the commercial. My fish was delicious, the waiter was very nice and overall the experience was ok. However I always like for my grandkids to enjoy their food even more than me. Thank you.
