Hey! I had a weird experience at I hop last night but the server Rebeca she’s amazing! She’s really sweet and does an amazing job serving. I just didn’t like the manager,I asked for the young man’s name which is (Jorge ) because it was a busy night and I was observing this young man he was not helping her at all. He was rude to her and doesn’t acknowledge customers so I’m rating this restaurant a 1 star. No respect for the employee. Update: this is enough proof for him to have a talk to with the GM! I was once a server younger and I know how managers can be. I have business degrees and I own my own business this is unprofessional. I personally think this man should be fired.
Very clean and welcoming. I appreciated the attentiveness to providing my egg whites fried hard as requested. I enjoyed the timeliness of my waitress as well. I will be sure to visit again.

we had to wait minutes for a host at the entrance there 2 waitress at the entrance they saw us, but no one of them could to receive us nor communicate to a host, until my husband asked them and finally assigned us a table. we had an uncomfortable situation when we still eating and one of the waiter aproched to our table and gave us our receipt we didn't asked for it! even we were waiting to the waitress for make other order.

He gave us extra free hot cocos during the freeze over. They kept our hands warm and our tummies happy. Thank you for your patience and kindness.(Mon, Jan 15th, 2024, 7pm)Parking: In Front of Building.
