I recently dined at IHOP and had a delightful experience. The menu offered a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options, including the classic pancakes IHOP is known for. The food was delicious, especially the fluffy buttermilk pancakes and perfectly cooked omelets. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and accommodating to special requests. server wasn’t welcoming, didn’t ask us if we were ready to order just expected us to tell him. did not come check up on us until we were done with our food. once we were ready to pay just looked at us from across the room instead of coming to pick up the receipt we had to figure out how to pay ourselves. overall did not feel welcoming

My father, husband, and I had truly enjoyed our late night visit to IHOP for breakfast. Our server Katria was quick to seat us and was very courteous and kind and the only person manhandling the entire diner ALL to her self. The food was delicious; well presented and hot on the plate. Only thing that was wrong in this establishment was its dirty on the floors and tables around us needing to be cleaned because the customers were long gone and no use to still have trash and plates all over it.

Service was mid at best. Eggs on both plate that were ordered looked nasty, and husband had to step outside because he went to throw up in the parking lot from eating the French toast. I also kept getting an animosity and disingenuous vibe from the server and heard her talking about me and my kids to the table next to us. Not to mention she didn’t bother bringing out all the plates together; and brought one of my kids his food while the other was looking and asked “where’s my plate”. I get it I’ve been a server before but the trip here was severely underwhelming and management should look to retrain some of their servers.

Its always super busy here so I can't say the atmosphere is the best but we did have a great brunch there with family. The worse Ihop I have ever visited in my entire life. The wait is ridiculous just to get a table, once you seated you gotta wait another hour until you place your order and drinks. After that another 45 minutes to get your food.

I used to come here all the time when my children were little. But this place is not the same as B4. Our server wrote down nothing we ordered. Maybe he had a very good memory. There were 2 different groups of people that went in B4 us, and we all were waiting for our food to come out... and they weren't even busy like that to where we all had to be waiting on our food .1 server had her mom, dad, there, and a little girl as well. The little girl was going to the kitchen area as she was there. A cook in the back as he was cooking was eating at the same time , and another server as she was waiting on her customers was coughing all over the place and not covering her darn mouth. The hostess, according to my boyfriend, said he was watching her by the kitchen area, scratching her head and picking stuff out of her hair. He told me all this because he was facing the kitchen area, and we were literally in front of the kitchen area....so he was seeing everything that was going on. Once he told me this stuff, I grabbed my purse, and I was heading to the front and told the hostess...that I wanted to pay for the coffee we got and the orange juice I ordered but didn't touch. She asked if everything was OK. That's when I told her I noticed many things unsanitary . So she said she was really sorry and since I didn't touch my juice and boyfriend drank his coffee she was gonna pay for that. And so we left. I can guarantee you that we will never never go back to this place ever again. I don't have a problem with anyone eating, but I know for a fact that is a NO. NO, while you are cooking, that's a business, not their home. We never got our food and ( well, because we didn't hang around to wait). while we were still there telling our server and the hostess all we noticed going on, no one still hadn't received their food as well. There are too many things unsanitary going on there. Waaay tooo many.
