SERVICE:Restaurant cashier would rather be on her phone than do her job. She hangs on her phone right in front of you. Seems pretty unhappy to work there. Maybe it’s Management or her? Or both?This was the 2nd visit she charged me extra for a side, miscounting it as a full meal. I openly told her this time. Yet, she still forgot to do it in my face. So I told her another time! Really!Finally, got billed correctly.The coffee sucks. It’s free if you’re a member. Maybe that’s why it sucks?Also, a lady notified the cashier they were out of coffee. The same disgruntled cashier made a scene out of changing the coffee AND doesn’t even have the courtesy to say when it might be ready for dispensing UNTIL after customer prompts her.A digital sign showing “meatballs meal $1 off Thursdays” was downstairs. I asked the restaurant serving lady, she was like IDK, ask cashier.What a poorly managed place.I mean, really?

On Fridays you get a hot entree for $3.99. That is 1/2 price. We had a Swedish meatball dinner with mashed potatoes, peas, gravy and lingonberry jam. It tasted good.

The food is from pre-processed, (from the cans, not fresh from the market) but priced at so high, and with no alternatives....Shopping experience is great, where customers get a self-long-tour, on major merchandise on display, and it's a long tour, but....In case of emergency, there's NO clear, immediately exit, or information about exiting the building, leaving majority (if not everyone) lost inside the building

Nice experience at IKEA however the checkout was horrible. Why have a huge store like that and only one cashier and 3 self service checkout lanes open? With the volume of customers that visit the store at least have enough cashiers to accommodate and minimize the looooong lines.

I didn't like the eco-friendly cups and straws, you can't even drink them with soda.
