I rated this place 4 stars, not because of the food or atmosphere, but the lack of customer service. Theres a handful of guys that help you but look like they hate taking orders or making sandwiches. Over all the food is amazing and great quality is products. The team just need to be more welcoming. They also serve halal chicken

The staff generally seem cold and uninterested, at least when I enter the establishment (maybe I look mean, or something, I promise I'm not going in there acting crazy), but it's probably because they're so tired from pumping out amazing sandwiches all day.
Service needs improvement, but the food is great.

The staff at Ike's do not even smile. They all have a poor attitude and appear to be miserable. The manager of the restaurant took the time to call me about my to-go. He stated that we could not order a sandwich the way we ordered it on-line, after we had ordered it no less than 10 times the exact same way. When I attempted to explain this to the manager, he became argumentative and dismissive. Save yourself the disappointment.

I went in today and there was this terrible smell of fumes, almost like burnt grease in the air and I ended up leaving smelling like it after waiting only 10 mins for my sandwich accompanied with a headache.
Secondly, I got their famous bread and it was quite hard and stale, jalapeños were dried out and hard in the sandwich, the bacon was old and dried out. Nothing about the experience was great honestly!
Highly disappointed and please work on your ventilation system, I can’t imagine that’s good for your employees either!

First time went there and ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my family, I took it home and my sandwich had a long black hair inside and that plastic thing! What the hell is even that? It almost broke my teeth. The flavor is wonderful but the hygiene is terrible over there.
