Have dined here several times before, today was disappointing. Extremely loud, not energetic as your review suggests, very slow service, but the most disappointing was the salad I had. A Caesar salad with 3 shrimp. A good Caesar salad is tossed with a dressing not drowned in dressing with I guess bacon bits on top? The shrimp were not worth the extra $10! Honestly don't think I'll ever go back.

Another excellent dinner at il Bracco. We had the artichoke appetizer, which was light and crispy, and the chicken parm special and chicken piccata as our mains. Both were delicious. We shared the Italian sundae with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt for a lovely end to the meal. The staff was friendly and responsive without being intrusive. Perfect for date night!

We love Il Bracco. Our old place closed down and we're grateful to find this location. We went for Valentines Day an of course, the food was amazing. The service is always excellent although this time, I believe our server could've checked in more and been a bit more attentive, but I understand it can be busy on special dates like these. Overall it's a great experience and it never fails us!

Valentines dinner was really good for the most part. Originally seated in a weird spot with a booth being pressed into service as two tables. Asked to move ad was a much better situation. Obviously a busy night, service was attentive at first, full menu selection, and nice drink choices. Both our main dishes were a pasts type, very good. Excellent portion size. Focaccia starter was amazing, probably the best thing we had! Chocolate torte dessert was flavorless and terrible. Really nice waitress, kind of disappeared as the evening went on, would have liked more wine but got of track waiting. All in all, evening was a success, and would go back on a less busy night for a retry.

The atmosphere and food at il Bracco was absolutely fantastic! The service however was subpar. Despite having a reservation we waited for a long time, having multiple other couples seated before us. Once at our table we were very rushed and I was disappointed to feel like we were being hurried out of the restaurant. Our server was quick to take plates and brought out the check before we were finished. While we wanted to spend more time at the restaurant and have a few more drinks we felt like our server was ready to get us out- very disappointing when we were so excited about the place. In and out in 45 minutes at a nice dinner is not my thing at a nice dinner!
We went at lunch time on a Friday, celebrating a friends birthday. Good to have a reservation. It's busy! We shared the crispy artichokes appetizer. Each of us had a salad- I had the chicken and goat cheese salad. Very good. I'd get that again. Lots of great choices on the menu like in-house made pastas. Service was great. All staff made us feel welcome. Only negative, I had put in birthday when reserving, restaurant did not acknowledge.

The hostess started the night off on a very sour night as I had to ask her four times to be sat. I had a reservation for myself and my daughter as it was my daughter's 22nd birthday. I had a gift for my daughter and wanted it to be a surprise, so being able to be sat and putting the gift on another seat so it would be hidden until after dinner would be ideal. I was told that the policy is that at least half of the party had to be there before I could be sent. There were two of us, I was half of the party. Again, asking four times I received an eye roll after asking for a manager and was told to follow her. Immediately after a gentleman was sat right next to us alone until three other individuals met him for his party. Clearly, against what the “policy” that was stated. After dinner, the same hostess was walking by and I tried to grab her attention to ask for a bag to hold her my take away box, the same hostess looked right at me and did an about face and walked away. It is a real shame because the food was delicious and our waitress was top notch and we were there to celebrate my daughter.
