I am writing this review to bring an important matter to the owners attention. My friends and I are regular customers at this location we are college students and usually come in groups of 4 to 10 Unfortunately we had a very upsetting experience with one of the cashiers during our last visit.
The cashier a Black girl who was extremely rude and disrespectful toward my friend She even used abusive languagewhich is unacceptable for any business, especially one that relies on customer service. This is not the first time she has shown poor behavior with one of my other friends as well.
We want to make it clear that this behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates a hostile environment for loyal customers like us. Because of this, all of us have decided not to return to this location unless this cashier is removed from her position.
We truly enjoy the products here and would like to continue supporting this business, but only if we feel respected and treated with basic courtesy. We sincerely hope the owner takes immediate action regarding this issue.

Me and my entire office team have been loyal customers of this branch for a long time regularly purchasing cookies and ice cream Unfortunately after our most recent experience we have decided that we will no longer return unless serious action is taken
Last night the cashier on duty treated us with shocking disrespect When we politely asked for to go boxes because we couldn’t finish our items, she responded with hostility saying “We have a box inventory,” in a very rude tone She then threw the box toward my friend instead of handing it properly. When we questioned her behavior, she escalated the situation further abusing us showing offensive hand gestures, and ultimately calling the police on us for no valid reason
When the police arrived we calmly explained what had happened Even the officers saw there was no wrongdoing on our side and allowed us to leave. It was an extremely humiliating and upsetting experience for all of us.
This is the first time we have ever had an issue with staff at this branch. We want to be clear: the problem is with this particular cashier, not the rest of your team. For the sake of your business and loyal customers, we strongly urge the owner to review this incident seriously and take appropriate action.
Until this employee is removed, our office team and student group will not return to this branch.
