I enjoyed my cookies from the Scott location and recently order from the Rice location and did not like my brownie or snickerdoodle cookie. I decided to give them another try tonight and placed an order via delivery. There is nothing stating the order was going to be delivered via DoorDash else I would NOT have done delivery. The dasher was unprofessional never brought me my order and marked it delivered after telling me to tell DoorDash there was discrepancy. He literally stole my $30 order. Called the location for the guy to ask several questions but was getting nowhere on processing a refund for my order. I had to ask him several times to repeat his questions due to his accent. I then asked to speak to someone else and he said there was no one else to speak to but then a few minutes later because he can’t handle the situation tells me someone else will call me back. Just refund me my $30 and you never have to worry about me as a customer again!!

This was my first visit to Insomnia Cookies, I had been dying to get there, but I live all the way on the other side of town. On a Wednesday night, I found myself in the area and decided to make a U-turn and stop there. It was a little after 11pm. They were very friendly when I walked in, but then came the disappointment. Literally every item on the menu that I wanted to try was sold out! I was mystified as they didn't close for almost another 2 hours. Then the guy talked me into getting another item, I said sure I'd try it...he goes to get it, lo and behold they don't have that one either. So, now I'm kind of stuck, because I've already paid and I can't get anything I wanted. I'm irritated, because now I have to get something I didn't really want at all since I've already paid for it. He did offer me a free cookie, but which one and why, you don't have anything I want! Then I get in my car and the cookies arent even fresh or warm. The Brookie was just okay, honestly the one I make at home tastes better. I really want to give them another chance, because I've heard such great things but this experience really turned me off. I bake a lot and I'm kind of disappointed that what I did get to try wasn't really as great as advertised. I was expecting to be wowed, instead I was just defeated.

A definite must try. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Many options to choose from. Delicious cookies and ice cream. Open late night for those cravings!

Great cookie spot and excited that they finally opened up a location in Houston. The service here is great but that could be bc it was opening day when I went. I tried almost all of the deluxe cookies and the two specials which were filled churro and a berry blast cookie. The berry one was pretty good but was small size. The churro was cool but I wouldn’t get it again. All of the deluxe cookies were good but my favorites were the toffee one and the triple chocolate chip. This place is definitely better than tiffs and is worth trying out!

Update: went back on a Monday and they were out of deluxe cookies and said they’d get more on Friday…

Chocolate and sugar goodness, probably the tastiest way to become pre-diabetic, absolutely loved it

My first time here. The server was very friendly and quick filling orders. I got the Deluxe 4; 1 chocolate chunk, 2 peanut butter chocolate and a chocolate brownie. All the specialty cookies were gone as well as a couple of their deluxe cookies so limited choices. All items were good. A better than average cookie and an average brownie but overall, just good - not great. The price was too high ($18.69 + tax) for the quality and quantity. I would purchase again if I was there with others but I won't make a trip on my own.

The best cookies in the USA, without a doubt my favorites are the white chocolate ones with macadamia, the perfect touch is given by the vanilla ice cream

This is a pretty cool place for cookies. The service was good and fast.
This was my first time here and recommend it for others.
This location also offers some gluten free cookies. Not sure if they are celiac friendly however they were stored and handled differently then the other classic cookies.

Amazing warm cookies! Every time I go, they're good, and pretty quick despite the long lines (not often, but it's usually because the cookie are coming fresh out of the oven).
