I am beyond upset....don't get me wrong, the cookies are delicious and I have order from them before. However, today my cookies was supposed to arrive at 12 noon. The company goes with Door Dash and I never received my order. The lady over the phone cancel the order for me and she was very helpful...they should not use Door Dash at all.Update: he came a hour later.

I live out of town but have a very dear person that lives out there and I asked them to add a note that person would understand.That person’s love language is words of affirmation and loves getting handwritten notes. I didn’t request a handwritten note, just that the expression would be added however they could.It may not seem like much, but it meant the world to that individual and knowing it meant the world to them means the world to me. Thank you so much for your kindness and customer service… you all have made two people’s day all the more sweeter.

This was so bad I felt the need to leave a review, because I don’t get the appeal AT ALL. The brownie AND cookie flavors were disgusting and muted. I’m not a person who has to have super over the top sweets, but it was not rich in flavor at all. I’ve made better brownies and cookies from a $2 Walmart box. The icecream flavors were “eh.” Nothing special. Would not waste money here again

Placed an order on the website and it took about two hours, the delivery driver sat in one spot for about 30 minutes. Once it says the order was delivered, the delivery person took a picture of the goods which were sat on the ground outside and proceeded to take the goods after they got a picture. Never got the order, store clerk says this is what happens. Don’t order delivery, a waste of time.

On a late night rides and we came across dessert. Open late it seem the line never dies down but it stay moving. There take one the classic cookies were on point, along with the deluxe, they did very well. Hope to see more unique cookies on the menu soon.

First time trying Insomnia in Houston. I’ve had the original in Chicago.Vegan review: lines were long at 11:30pm on a Saturday night. I ordered one of each vegan cookie they offered: chocolate chip, double chocolate chip and confetti. My cookies weren’t fresh but warm and crunchy. The confetti has to be my favorite out of the three vegan options. The chocolate chip is good but has a weird, old aftertaste. Double chocolate chip was the smallest in size but tasted fine.Would I come back here again? No. I’ve had better vegan cookies, which are definitely cheaper, fresher and larger in size. I’m not going to go out of my way to try this place again.

Manager is prejudiced towards anyone who isn’t “her people” apparently. Extremely rude. Cookie’s weren’t cooked thoroughly. And nobody seems to know what they’re doing. They also reeked of marijuana.
