intentionally misled us about the price and charged our credit card $195 for 4 people and no alcohol...read the thousands of reviews...all say the same. I used to come here all the time. I'm a police officer and knew Irma....I dont know why they think they need to do this, but it breaks my heart...I'm gonna have to report this to the Texas Attorney General...you have to provide an itemized receipt when asked by the customer and you can just charge what you want when it comes time to pay. The food has always been wonderful and irmas story is just heart warming. But this is illegal and it can't continue. I reached out to the Mayors office and they said I wasn't the first to complain.

Our first time and definitely not our last! Greeted by Ray as soon as we walked in. He waited on us and kept the food coming. Even Ms Irma checked on us. We tried a little bit of everything and the food is just amazing!!! Bonus was parking our car there for Astros game. We will be back!!

My mother went here. They were told there was no menu. They were told they couldn’t separate the bill or order separately. That there was no POS system to see the itemized bill. 2,000 dollars for 20 people. Enchiladas cost 30 dollars. She paid over 50 dollars when all she asked for was the plate of enchiladas and a drink because they forced the group to accept appetizers (no one asked for or ordered them). For 50 dollars, I can make 30 plates of enchiladas. Such a rip off. Most of all, my mom feels like they took advantage of her group because there were a lot of gringos. The few Mexicans in the group were mad at the end of the service because nothing was honestly communicated. Please be aware that this is NOT a good venue especially for large groups.

Our first time at Irma’s. From the food to the service, as well as Irma’s great welcome, we couldn’t be more pleased!!! We recommend the enchiladas, Chiles rellenos, the Beans, rice, desserts, everything is scrumptious!!!!
I understand having a limited menu however we were charged 20.00 for a fajita plate. The portion was less than a lunch portion. No menu offered. We spent 90.00 for- 2 fajita plates rice only 4 oz of queso with 2 oz of guacamole 2 waters 1 tea 1 margarita Don’t think we will be back.

Total Scam!!!!!! We were so excited to eat here after seeing it on Triple D. At first we thought the place was cool and then the disaster happened. Rude service, no menu and over priced like we were at a fine dining restaurant. We had two plates of carnitas, one queso, and two teas. Food was good and then it was time to pay. I was told the bill was 71.38 and I though she was joking but she wasn't. I still tipped and left with a whopping 81.38 charge on my CC. I will never go back and I will let everyone know not to go there as well. Rip Off big time. I'm surprised they didn't make us wash the dishes before we left. I wish I had read the reviews before I went.

First time I visited was when I was pregnant, I was passed around from one server to the next (4 servers in total), they all asked me for my drink order which made it look like they didn’t talk to one another, didn’t get my drink for 20 min, I placed my food order and didn’t get my food for another 30 min. Just came back today for a second chance, my hubby has been wanting to visit so I said okay. We get inside and see there’s a line to the bar. We wait in line and see a woman beelining it towards us, she asks if we are with the party and we say no, she responds with attitude that the restaurant is closed for a party and tells us to leave. I’ve worked in restaurants and hospitality and know that’s no way to treat anyone. Never coming back and definitely telling my friends and family to never visit here.
