I have been to a few downtown Deli's and this one's atmosphere is so welcoming. It's busy too, so that's how you know it's good. I usually expect a deli customer service experience to be 2 stars but Isabella's customer service was more than 5 stars. The lady at the counter was so polite and quick at the same time. She greeted everyone. I've never experienced that at other Deli's. This was very refreshing. The prices are also very reasonable....
The Staff is always smiling and courteous. I work in the area so it’s super convenient to come stop by and grab something quickly, while still having great quality food! The prices make it even better !
I work near this restaurant and the service is awesome, the food is great as well. I got the cranberry chicken salad sandwich on a croissant roll toasted. You have the option of choosing your bread and if you want it hot or cold, the sandwich was delicious and plentiful. It’s always clean and the service is fast and friendly. Try this place and when you do try the soups as well ?
